Hello dear Wg seekers!
I leave my beloved WG on Aachener Strasse, making my room free.
Rosa, Alice and Till live in the WG. In this constellation we have lived for a year and it was always a very warm and familiar coexistence. We have a nice large kitchen, which also offers plenty of space to stay in larger constellation. There are two bathrooms; one of them – Cologne rarity – with daylight. Basically, I feel the apartment, due to a floodlight in the middle of the house – as pleasantly bright and welcoming. Our favorite place, however, is our huge loggia, which lies out to the backyard and arrives quietly and comfortably.
Alice, Rosa and Till all study in higher semesters of different subjects (education sciences, law, teacher training). Our coexistence as a WG is compelling and cozy. While each:r has our own friends and hobbies, we regularly come together on a snuck and snuck in the kitchen or on the balcony. The times of buzzing WG fans are over for all of us, yet we enjoy together sociality and familiar conversations. Of course, the mandatory cleaning plan must not be missing. In the past months, he has proved us to be loyal services and has always ensured that we felt comfortable together – without greater stress for all involved.
Your potential new room is beautiful 19 sqm, slightly rectangular cut and has pleasantly high ceilings. Despite north orientation, it is pleasantly bright throughout the day. At the moment, I assume that couch and wardrobe are left in the room – these should be taken over, as a rental agent, don't cost you anything extra;) Both are in very good condition.

Schweren Herzens verlasse ich meine lieb gewonnene WG an der Aachener Straße, wodurch mein Zimmer frei wird.
In der WG leben Rosa, Alice und Till. In dieser Konstellation haben wir nun ein Jahr gewohnt und es war immer ein sehr herzliches und vertrautes Zusammenleben. Wir haben eine schöne große Wohnküche, die auch in größerer Konstellation viel Platz zum Verweilen bietet. Dazu kommen zwei Bäder; eines davon – Kölner Seltenheit – mit Tageslicht. Grundsätzlich empfinde ich die Wohnung, aufgrund eines Lichtflurs in der Mitte des Hauses – als angenehm hell und einladend. Unser liebster Ort ist allerdings unsere riesige Loggia, die zum Hinterhof raus liegt und angehem ruhig und gemütlich daherkommt.
Alice, Rosa und Till studieren allesamt in höheren Fachsemestern unterschiedlichster Fächer (Ernährungswissenschaften, Jura, Lehramt). Unser Miteinander als WG gestaltet sich zwanglos und gemütlich. Zwar hat jede:r von uns eigene Freundeskreise und Hobbies, trotzdem kommen wir regelmäßig auf Schnuck und Schluck in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zusammen. Die Zeiten ausufernder WG-Feiern sind für uns alle zwar vorbei, trotzdem genießen wir gemeinsam Geselligkeit und vertraute Gespräche. Natürlich darf auch der obligatorische Putzplan nicht fehlen. Der hat uns in den zurückliegenden Monaten treue Dienste erwiesen und hat – ohne größeren Stress für alle Beteiligten – stets dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns gemeinsam wohl gefühlt haben.
Dein potentielles neues Zimmer ist schöne 19 qm groß, leicht rechteckig geschnitten und hat angenehm hohe Decken. Trotz Nordausrichtung ist es den gesamten Tag angenehm hell. Aktuell gehe ich davon aus, dass Couch und Kleiderschrank im Zimmer gelassen werden – diese sollten übernommen werden, kosten dich als Nachmieter dafür auch nichts extra ;) Beide sind in ganz gutem Zustand.

The WG is located in the beautiful Braunsfeld on the Aachener Straße / Ecke Belt. The location is great. The city forest is just 5 minutes behind the house. With trams 1,7 and 13, which take off directly in front of the door, you arrive in all directions in Cologne. Within 7 minutes you will be at the Rudolfsplatz, 5min to the Aachener Weiher and with the 13 you will be in 5 min in Ehrenfeld Venolerstr/Gürtel. It is only 7 minutes by bike and the Spoho is also 7min.
The apartment is located on the well-driving Aachener Strasse, but thanks to good windows you can hardly hear this with and on the back of the Terasse in the direction of the Stadtwald in the summer even grilling horns – no joke:)
Die WG liegt im schönen Braunsfeld an der Aachener Straße / Ecke Gürtel. Die Lage ist super. Der Stadtwald liegt fußläufig gerade einmal 5 Minuten hinterm Haus. Mit der Straßenbahn 1,7 und 13, welche direkt vor der Tür abfahren, kommt man in alle Richtungen in Köln. Innerhalb von 7 Min ist man am Rudolfsplatz, 5min zum Aachener Weiher und mit der 13 ist man in 5 min in Ehrenfeld Venolerstr/Gürtel. Zur Uni ist es mit dem Fahrrad nur 7 min und zur Spoho auch flotte 7min.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar an der gut befahrenden Aachener Straße, aber dank guter Fenster bekommt man das kaum mit und auf der rückwärtig gelegenen Terasse in Richtung Stadtwald kann man im Sommer sogar Grillenzirpen hören – kein Witz :)
