We would like to offer one of the rooms in our apartment for the summer rental. We have already lived in this apartment for four, and that has worked both organizationally and financially well.
Therefore, for the summer months we are looking for a person with whom living together is pleasant and uncomplicated.
We are three people – Noura, Maxi and Kseniia.
Every one of us is active and involved in our own projects or works, but we often meet in the kitchen on a coffee and a cigarette. Sometimes we cook together and tell us stories – without obligation, just when it fits.
We have no fixed rules or cleaning plans. Things are discussed together, and we strive to keep the apartment clean and comfortable so that everyone feels comfortable.
In the room there is a mattress, a desk, a pallet bed and a chair. If you need the furniture, you can use it. If not, we can remove them from the room beforehand.

Wir möchten für den Sommer eines der Zimmer in unserer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Wir haben bereits zu viert in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, und das hat sowohl organisatorisch als auch finanziell gut funktioniert.
Daher suchen wir für die Sommermonate eine Person, mit der das Zusammenleben angenehm und unkompliziert ist.
Wir sind drei Personen – Noura, Maxi und Kseniia.
Jede*r von uns ist aktiv und in eigenen Projekten oder Arbeiten eingebunden, aber wir treffen uns oft morgens in der Küche auf einen Kaffee und eine Zigarette. Manchmal kochen wir auch gemeinsam und erzählen uns Geschichten – ganz ohne Verpflichtung, einfach wenn es passt.
Wir haben keine festen Regeln oder Putzpläne. Dinge werden gemeinsam besprochen, und wir bemühen uns, die Wohnung sauber und angenehm zu halten, damit sich alle wohlfühlen.
Im Zimmer befinden sich eine Matratze, ein Schreibtisch, ein Palettenbett und ein Stuhl. Wenn du die Möbel brauchst, kannst du sie gerne benutzen. Falls nicht, können wir sie auch vorher aus dem Zimmer entfernen.
