Hi,
Ich habe in meiner Wohnung ein Zimmer frei und biete dieses zur Miete an. Aktuell ist es möbliert, es kann aber auch ohne Möbel angemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten, hat zwei Fenster und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist auf der Straßenseite. Es handelt sich aber um eine ruhige Nebenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.
Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche, ein großes Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung.
Ich bin berufstätig, teilweise im Home-Office und teils in Reisetätigkeit unterwegs.
Ich bin tolerant und offen, arbeite mit Menschen und reise, sowohl beruflich als auch privat, viel.
Ich habe etwas WG Erfahrung und wünsche mir ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes WG-Leben.
Ob möbliert oder unmöbliert, befristet oder unbefristet, es lässt sich über alles reden.
