we are Peer and Kurt and are looking for a person who wants to move into our cozy WG in Anger-Crottendorf.
We live on the 1st floor. Your room would be 14.5 square metres tall and the windows point towards the west. In the afternoon much sun shines in the room and in the evening you get a really beautiful golden hour.
The apartment is relatively freshly renovated with pretty parquet floor and the bathroom has a large bathtub + shower. We live with the Zweinaundorfer Str., but the windows are super isolated and soundproof. We also have a small but fine balcony. :

wir sind Peer und Kurt und suchen eine Person, die Lust hat, in unsere gemütliche WG in Anger-Crottendorf zu ziehen.
Wir wohnen im 1. Stock. Dein Zimmer wäre 14,5 qm groß und die Fenster zeigen Richtung Westen. Nachmittags scheint viel Sonne in das Zimmer und abends kriegt man eine richtig schöne golden hour.
Die Wohnung ist relativ frisch saniert mit hübschem Parkett und das Bad hat eine große Badewanne + Dusche. Wir wohnen zwar and der Zweinaundorfer Str., aber die Fenster sind super isoliert und schalldicht. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon. :)

Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und mit den Buslinien 72/73 bist du in 10 min am Hbf. Außerdem ist die S-Bahn direkt um die Ecke.
Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ca. 5-10 min zum nächsten Aldi, Konsum und dem legendären Kaufland Reudnitz. An der Tankstelle gibt es rund um die Uhr kaltes Sterni für 1,20€ :)
An der Zweinaundorfer Str. gibt es auch Food und Spätis.

I am Peer, I am 23 and I am in the finals of my law school (examen but behind me, no worries hihi). Watch funny films and invite friends to do this (and in common, of course). Otherwise I do a lot of sport, read and sometimes I take my gitarre in the hand :-)

I'm Kurt (25) and I'm taking my first steps as a music producer. I still suffer my Bachelor thesis and would like to devote myself to the Master of Music. That's why people are there for sessions. In addition, I like so spiritual-philophical conversations and am also sometimes for a beer or doink hehe :)

Wir wünschen uns ein freundschaftliches WG-Leben, aber sind auch keine Party-WG oder so. Irgendwas dazwischen wäre schön :) Was die Ordnung angeht, würden wir einen (sanften) Putzplan vorschlagen. Essensmäßig teilen wir uns Basics (Öl, Hafermilch, etc.) aber es hat jeder sein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank. Finanzen machen wir über Splitwise. Wir sind aber bei allem offen für deine Vorschläge :)

Ich bin Peer, bin 23 und befinde ich in den Endzügen meines Jurastudiums (examen aber hinter mir, keine sorge hihi). Schaue gerne komische filme und lade dazu schonmal freunde ein (und mitbewohnis natürlich). Ansonsten mach ich in letzter zeit viel sport, lese und hin und wieder nehme ich meine gitarre in die hand :-)

Ich bin Kurt (25) und mach grad meine ersten Schritte als Musikproduzent. Grade leide ich noch meine Bachelorarbeit zuende und möchte mich danach neben dem Master der Musik widmen. Deshalb sind auch hin und wieder Leute für Sessions da. Außerdem mag ich so spirituell-philophische Gespräche und bin auch mal für ein Bierchen oder doink zu haben hehe :)
