Ich suche eine person, die ein Zimmer nicht für den Dauergebrauch sucht. Also wenn du es als Büro oder nur für ein paar Tage die Woche oder mal über das Wochenende benutzen willst. Wenn jemand auch etwas für ein, zwei Wochen sucht gerne melden. Grundsätzlich bin ich da flexibel und offen für Wünsche und Vorschläge, ich dachte an 10euro pro ganzen Tag mit Übernachtung.
Bitte keine Anfragen für länger als einen Monat Vollzeit.

Das Zimmer ist ruhig, möbliert, nach Osten ausgerichtet. Eine Wiese und ein Baum sind vor dem Fenster.
Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, Couch, Bett, ein paar Pflanzen.

I am looking for a person that needs a room not for the permanent stay, also no full time stay longer then a month.
So maybe you are looking for an office space, or something just for a couple days a week, or over weekends. Also if someone is looking for something for one or two weeks don't hesitate to ask. Generally I am open for your wishes and proposals, I was thinking 10euros per full day and overnight stay.

The room is quiet, furnished, facing east. There is a patch of green and some trees outside the window.
There is a desk, Couch and bed, also a few plants.

Ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Kreuz, Konsum direkt um die Ecke.

Just a couple minutes from connewitz Kreuz. There is a small grocery shop right around the corner.

Du würdest mit mir die Wohnung teilen, ich bin jedoch gerade selbst etwas zweigeteilt zwischen zwei Orten und auch mal länger weg. Tendenziell aber derzeit öfter in Leipzig.

You would share the flat with me, yet I am going back and forth between two places at the moment, so I can be away for several days or more at a time. At the moment I tend to be more in Leipzig though.
