The room is 18sqm, has beautiful wooden planks, a tile stove from 1912 and is connected to a wing door to the kitchen. There are two windows to the southwest and it is therefore beautifully bright.
The kitchen is an approx. 40sqm large common room with open kitchen, dining area and large sofa that invites you to relax. All necessary devices are here and can be used by you.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hat schöne Holzdielen, einen Kachelofen aus 1912 und ist mit einer Flügeltür zur Wohnküche verbunden. Es gibt zwei Fenster nach Südwesten und es ist somit schön hell.
Die Wohnküche ist ein ca. 40qm großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit offener Küche, Essbereich und großem Sofa das zum entspannen einlädt. Alle notwendigen Geräte sind da und können von dir mit genutzt werden.
The apartment is in an ideal location. Right in front of the door, the bus leaves. In 5min you will be at the Connewitzer Kreuz, as well as at all necessary shopping opportunities around the Auwald! The view from the apartment is very green, as there is a park on one side.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer idealen Lage. Direkt vor der Tür fährt der Bus. In 5min ist man am Connewitzer Kreuz, ebenso bei allen notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um im Auwald! Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist sehr grün, da auf einer Seite ein Park liegt.
You will live with Manne (36). Manne works as a project manager in a creative field and is very sweet. Cooking together, walking or drinking a beer is welcome. Otherwise our WG life is calm and we like it rather neat. The house is very left oriented and typical of Connewitz.
Du wirst mit Manne (36) zusammen wohnen. Manne arbeitet als Projektmanager in einem kreativen Bereich und ist sehr lieb. Zusammen kochen, spazieren oder ein Bier trinken gehen ist gerne gesehen. Sonst ist unser WG Leben ruhig und wir mögen es eher ordentlich. Das Haus ist sehr links orientiert und typisch für Connewitz.
It would be nice if you would feed you vegetarian or would eat very little meat at home.
You could talk about the exact rental time again. 2-3 days more or longer would not be a problem.
Es wäre schön wenn du dich vegetarisch ernähren würdest oder nur sehr wenig Fleisch zu Hause essen würdest.
Über die genaue Mietzeit könnte man sich nochmal sprechen. 2-3 Tage eher oder länger wären kein Problem.
