Of the three rooms in the WG, this is the largest with 21qm. Since I only go abroad for half a year, I would rent it furnitured. It is therefore offered with a desk, desk chair, couch, coffee table, bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser and shelves. For example, if you want to keep my lamps, or I want to put them somewhere else, we can just talk later. I'd leave my mattress in there if that's not a problem for you. Otherwise, you can set up the room as you want, my whole photos and decoration would depend, of course. If you have a green thumb, you can also keep the plants, otherwise I can also give them to a friend in care.
Von den drei Zimmern in der WG ist dieses mit 21qm das größte. Da ich nur für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe würde ich es möbeliert vermieten. Es wird also mit einem Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Couch, Couchtisch, Bett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Regalen angeboten. Ob du zum Beispiel meine Lampen auch behalten willst oder ich die irgendwo anders unterbringe können wir gerne später einfach absprechen. Meine Matratze würde ich auch drin lassen, wenn das für dich kein Problem ist. Ansonsten kannst du das Zimmer gerne so einrichten wie du willst, meine ganzen Fotos und Deko würde ich natürlich abhängen. Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast kannst du auch gerne die Pflanzen behalten, ansonsten kann ich sie aber auch bei einer Freundin in Obhut geben.
The location may seem a little further outside at first glance, but in 3 minutes on the train you will arrive all 10min, you can go in 3 minutes to Connewitz, in 7 minutes to Karli, in 15 minutes to the city centre and in 22 minutes to the main railway station. With the same train you can also drive 6 min to the other direction and is at the Markkleberger lake. The Cossi also comes with a 20-minute bike ride and the large recreation park Lößnig and the Spreewald are within walking distance. 3 min walk away is also an aldi and 5 min away a rewe.
Die Lage wirkt vielleicht auf den ersten Blick etwas weiter außerhalb, da man aber in 3 min an der Bahn ist die alle 10min kommt, kann man in 3 min nach Connewitz, in 7 min auf die Karli, in 15 min in die Innenstadt und in 22 min zum Hauptbahnhof durchfahren. Mit der gleichen Bahn kann man auch 6 min in die andere Richtung fahren und ist am Markkleberger See. Auch zum Cossi kommt man mit 20 min Fahrrad fahren und in Laufweite ist der große Erholungspark Lößnig sowie der Spreewald. 3 min zu Fuß entfernt ist außerdem ein Aldi und 5 min entfernt ein Rewe.
Our WG life is friendly and relaxed. With Milo I founded the WG almost 2 years ago and Nico has been involved for several months. At the moment Nico is not there, but lives Davide from Italy for the meantime. We like to talk, drink a beer on the balcony or cook together. Milo studies mechanical engineering in the 5th. Semester and Davide has just completed his Master's degree in Sustainable Energy. They are both very open-minded and all things that can be done in this way can always be resolved without problems with them.
Unser WG-Leben ist freundschaftlich und entspannt. Mit Milo habe ich die WG vor fast 2 Jahren gegründet und seit mehreren Monaten ist Nico mit dabei. Momentan ist Nico nicht da, sondern wohnt Davide aus Italien für den Zwischenzeit da. Wir reden gerne miteinander, trinken Mal ein Bier auf dem Balkon oder Kochen zusammen. Milo studiert mit mir Maschinenbau im 5. Semester und Davide hat gerade sein Master Studium über Nachhaltige Energie abgeschlossen. Sie sind beide sehr aufgeschlossen und alle Dinge die so anfallen kann man immer ohne Probleme mit ihnen klären.
Our kitchen is very well equipped, you can use everything here and find everything you need to cook. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom and if you want you can also use my clothes stand.
We have a basement compartment in which you can put something in if necessary. There are also bicycle stands in the courtyard.
I've already cleared the whole official deal with my landlord, you have to conclude an under-rent contract with me and you could also sign up with it. In the additional costs, the Internet is already included, you only have to pay an additional €15 per month.

Unsere Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, du kannst hier gerne alles mitbenutzen und solltest alles finden was du zum Kochen brauchst. Im Badezimmer ist auch eine Waschmaschine dabei und wenn du willst kannst du auch gerne meinen Kleiderständer benutzen.
Wir haben ein Kellerabteil in das du bei Bedarf auch gerne was reinstellen kannst. Im Innenhof gibt es auch Fahrradständer.
Das ganze offizielle hab ich schon mit meinem Vermieter abgeklärt, du musst einen Untermietvertrag mit mir abschließen und könntest dich dann auch damit anmelden. In den Nebenkosten ist Internet auch schon mit eingeschlossen, du müsstest nur zusätzlich 15€ monatlich Untermietpauschale zahlen.
