Ich möchte, dass in die Wohnung wieder WG-Leben einzieht und habe ein 18qm-Zimmer zu vergeben. Es hat Dielenboden, ist gut geschnitten, zum Hof hin gelegen und damit nachts sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist ein charmanter Altbau. Geheizt wird übrigens noch ganz altmodisch mit zwei Kachelöfen(!). In deinem Zimmer ist ein kleiner Ofen, den man mit Holz heizt. Die Brennholz und Kohle übrigens schon inklusive und lagert im Keller.
Überleg Dir gut, ob das was für Dich ist! Ist halt nicht der Komfort einer Zentralheizung, aber man gewöhnt sich dran.
Die Miete von 200€ beinhaltet eine Warmmiete + Nebenkosten von von 130€ sowie 70€ für Heizmaterial, Strom und Internet. Falls sich der Stromverbrauch stark ändert, kann man das dann auch einzeln ausrechnen.

I want to share the flat again and am looking for a flat mate. 18sqm room available. It has wooden floors, is well cut, faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet at night.
The apartment is a charming old building. Incidentally, heating is still very old-fashioned with two tiled stoves (!). There is a small stove in your room that is heated with wood. Incidentally, the firewood and coal are already included and stored in the basement.
Think carefully whether heating with such a oven is an option for you. It's just not the comfort of central heating, but I got used to it.
The rent of € 200 includes basic rent of € 130 and € 70 for heating material, electricity and internet. If the power consumption changes significantly, this can then also be calculated individually.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Eutritzsch, das ist etwas nördlich vom Hauptbahnhof.
Zu erreichen per ÖPNV: 10min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle L-Nord, eine Bushalte direkt am Wohnblock, oder Haltestellen verschiedener Straßenbahnen etwa 10min entfernt.

The apartment is located in the Eutritzsch district, a little north of the main train station.
Accessible by public transport: 10 minutes on foot to the S-Bahn stop L-Nord, a bus stop directly at the apartment block, or stops for various trams about 10 minutes away.
Ich bin Benjamin, vor reichlich zehn Jahren nach Leipzig zum studieren gekommen, hier geblieben und arbeite als Software-Entwickler. Ich reise sehr gern, aber diesen Winter bleibe ich mal im kalten Leipzig.
Daher ist das WG-Zimmer unbefristet zu vergeben.
Am besten lernst Du mich bei einer WG-Besichtigung kennen :-)
