Ihr habt die Gelegenheit ein wunderschönes und günstiges Zimmer zu bekommen mit Blick auf die Hinterhöfe. Morgens wird man von den Vögeln geweckt und mittags kann man den Tauben und Elstern beim Streiten zugucken. Das Zimmer ist hell, vor allem gegen Abend wo die Sonne komplet ins Zimmer scheint. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, weswegen man kaum etwas von der Straße draußen mitbekommt.
Im Zimmer wird eine Fensterbank bleiben, auf der man den ganzen Tag verweilen kann und die darunter viel Stauraum bietete. Außerdem gehört zu dem Zimmer ein tolles Hochbett was man auf einer bequemen Treppe besteigt. Oben ist genug Platz um aurecht zu sitzen und durch die großzügige Fläche kann man Plazen oder ähnliches aufstellen, was das Zimmer von oben und unten total gemütlich macht. Unter dem Hochbett, ist ein gemütlicher, begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Auch der bietet viel Stauraum. Es gibt Kleiderstanden und Regalböden. Dort wo jetzt die Kommode steht, kommen weitere Regalböden rein, die ich ausgebaut und im Keller verstaut habe.
Das Bett ist eine Maßanfertigung und gehört deswegen zu dem Zimmer. Ich habe es der Vormieterin abgekauft und möchte es nun weiter geben. Leider ist die Abnahme der Fensterbank, des Bettes und weitere Neuanschaffungen in der Wohnung recht teuer, 650 €. Aber dafür steht schon recht viel im Zimmer. Ideal, wenn man sowieso noch Möbel besorgen muss.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen und seeehr warmen Balkon auf dem du dich verwirklichen kannst, wenn du darauf Lust hast. Das gilt auch für den Rest der Wohnung. Wenn du was ändern möchtest an den Gemeinschaftsräumen, nur zu.

You have the opportunity to get a beautiful and cheap room with a view to the backyards. In the morning you are waking up to birds chirping and at noon you can watch the pigeons and magpies fighting. The room is bright, especially in the evening when the sun shines completely into the room. The room faces the backyard, which is why you hardly notice anything from the street outside.
A window sill will remain in the room, on which one can linger all day and which offers a lot of storage space underneath. In addition, the room has a great loft bed which you can climb onto on a comfortable staircase. There is enough space upstairs to sit properly and the big plato allows you to set up plazas or something similar, which makes the room totally cozy from above and below. Under the loft bed is a cozy, walk-in closet. It also offers a lot of storage space. There are clothes stands to hang up cloth and shelves. Where the chest with drawers is now, can be put additional shelves that I removed and stowed in the cellar.
The bed is hand made for that peticular room and therefore needs to stay. I bought it from the previous tenant and would now like to pass it on. Unfortunately, the windowsill, the bed and other new purchases in the apartment are quite expensive, 650 €. But that for there is a lot in the room already. Ideal if you still have to get furniture anyway.

Gohlis ist im Norden von Leipzig. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit dem Fahrrad zwischen 10-15 Minuten. Und mit dem Auto schnell auf der Autobahn und am Flughafen und Messe. Direkt ein paar Häuser weiter befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und fast vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn. Das Viertel ist eher ruhig. Im Haus wohnen einige Familien. Die meisten sind recht gesprächig. Alle freuen sich, wenn der Garten benutzt wird. Dieses Jahr hat eine Familie angefangen Beete anzulegen.

Gohlis is in the north of Leipzig. It takes between 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the main train station. By car you are quickly on the motorway and at the airport and trade fair. There are shops just a few houses down. And the tram leaves almost in front of the door. The neighborhood is rather quiet. Several families live in the house. Most of them are talkative. Everyone is happy when the garden is used. This year a family started planting beds.
Du wohnst mit zwei berufstätigen Männern zusammen.
Daniel arbeitet in der IT und ist gerade im Homeoffice. Er klettert sehr gerne. Aber auch alle anderen Sportarten findet er toll. Er fährt Einrad und Zweirad, Schwimmt und geht auch joggen. Er hat eigentlich immer Lust zusammen Gesellschaftsspiele oder Skat zu spielen und zu kochen.
Alex befindet sich in den letzten Zügen seiner Ausbildung zum Filialleiter. Das nimmt ihn gerade auch sehr ein. Wenn er nicht lernt, oder ein toller Chef für seine Mitarbeiter ist, dann zockt er, macht Leichtatlethik, fährt Inliner oder kümmert sich um den Haushalt.
Leider habe ich die Jungs nur innerhalb der Pandemie wahrgenommen. Wie das WG-Leben ist, wenn wir wieder freizügiger sind, wirst du dann herausfinden.

You will live with two working men.
Daniel works in IT and is currently in home office. He's very fond of climbing. But he also likes all other kinds of sports . He rides a unicycle and bicycle, swims and also goes jogging. He always feels like playing board games or skat and cooking together.
Alex is in the final stages of his manager training. That takes up most of his time right now. If he is not studying or is a great boss for his employees, then he likes to play playstation, does athletics, rollerblading or takes care of the household.
Unfortunately, I only got to know the guys within the pandemic. You will have to find out what living with them is like when the pandamic is over.
Da ich meinen Arbeitsplatz wechsle und einen gkürzeren Arbeitsweg haben möchte, verlasse ich Gohlis.
Ich werde zunächst Anfragen, die sich für meinen Mitbewohner spannend anhören sammeln und mich dann bei euch zurückmelden. Sofern es das Wetter zulässt, kann das Casting auf dem Balkon stattfinden. Ansonsten gerne über Skype.
Theoretisch könnte das Zimmer auch zu Anfang Mai frei gemacht werden, solltet ihr früher einziehen wollen.
