We are looking for someone nice and responsible to live in Clara's two rooms in our lovely WG of two people (Clara and Paula) during the time Clara will be traveling. This person will share the flat with Paula.

Clara has two rooms, one for working/living (approx. 18 square meters) and one for sleeping (approx. 10 square meters). The rooms come fully furnished (all the furniture you see in the pictures). The plants will also stay there, so we are looking for someone who likes plants and can take care of them.

Shared spaces: kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) The price is for both rooms for one month and includes rent, electricity, heating, water and internet.

The apartment is in Kleinzschocher on a very quiet street. This is a calm area close to the park and the Alder tram stop.
There are many supermarkets nearby, an ALDI is a 5-minute walk away, and a REWE is a 7-minute walk away. The Karl-Heine-Street (with many cafes, restaurants and bars) is 7 minutes by bike from here.

Clara (29) and Paula (35) founded this flatshare last year and have been friends for several years. Clara is a dancer from Sweden working as a freelancer and Paula is a visual artist from Chile, also working as a freelancer in various artistic projects. We are looking for a friendly, responsible person to share the flat with Paula whilst Clara is away. For us it is important that the person is independent and cares about keeping the home calm and clean.

We are looking to sublet the rooms in July and the price of 460€ is for one month. The dates are however a bit flexible, the earliest move in date is the 27th June and latest move out date is 4th August. If the stay ends up being longer than 1 month, the price would be adjusted accordingly.
