There are two rooms available. One of them is 16 square meters tall and currently still furnished (see photos). It costs about 300€ per month. In rent, electricity and internet are already included. Since I'm moving with my girlfriend, I'm not going to take all the furniture with you and I could take some. Otherwise I will sell the furniture at Ebay.
The second room is 10 sq.m. large and has a lounge for a bed, wardrobe and desk. The cinnamon costs only runf 260€ per month (including electricity and internet).
Es stehen zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon ist 16 qm groß und aktuell noch Möbliert (siehe Fotos). Es kostet rund 300€ pro Monat. In der Miete sind übrigens bereits Strom und Internet Enthalten. Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehe werde ich nicht alle Möbel mitnehmen und ein paar könntest du Übernehmen. Ansonsten werde ich die Möbel bei Ebay verkaufen.
Das zweite Zimmer ist 10 qm Groß und bietet genung Platz für ein Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Das Zimemr kostet auch lediglich runf 260€ pro Monat (inklusive Strom und Internet).
Location and connection of the apartment are great! The apartment is located on the edge of Reudnitz, between Lene and Eisi. Reudnitz/Köhlerstraße stop is only 5 minutes walk by tram and bus. In 10 minutes you will be in the center. Otherwise you can also go well by bike:) buyland, penny, consumption, rewe and offer at eisi are within 10 minutes walk
In Reudnitz and on the eisi are also a lot of cool bars and lateis for fun evenings and olive döner for the perfect after-suff snack.
Lage und Anbindung der Wohnung sind wcht super! Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Reudnitz, zwischen Lene und Eisi. Die Haltestelle Reudnitz/Köhlerstraße liegt nur 5 min zu Fuß mit Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Bus. In 10 min ist man von da im Zentrum. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Fahrrad auch gut unterwegs:) kaufland, penny, Konsum, Rewe und im Angebot an der eisi sind in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar
In Reudnitz und an der eisi sind außerdem ne Menge coole Bars und spätis für lustige Abende und olive Döner für den perfekten After-Suff Snack.
Since two rooms are free and thus the largest part of the apartment, you can decide about it. So far, we have always had a friendship relationship and have also liked to take joint activities. They include cooking evenings, games evenings, common sports or just chill in the park.
Ruben will remain in the WG until his Erasmus semester, which begins in September. So there will soon be another room (16 sqm). Ruben is 23 years old and studies chemistry and music. He likes to cook, likes to meet with friends, in the summer very much in the park or at the lake and sometimes goes to theatre or opera. From time to time, he also trumpets himself. He is also a big fan of social games or pubs.
Da zwei Zimmer frei sind und damit der größte Teil der Wohnung, kannst du darüber maßgeblich mitentscheiden. Bisher hatten wir immer ein Freundschaftliches Verhältnis und haben auch gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternommen. Dazu zählen Kochabende, Spieleabende, gemeinsamer Sport oder einfach im Park chillen.
Ruben wird bis zu seinem Erasmus Semester, was anfang September beginnt in der WG bleiben. Es wird also bald auch noche in drittes Zimmer (16 qm) frei. Ruben ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Chemie und Musikwissenschaften. Er kocht sehr gerne, trifft sich gerne mit Freunden, im Sommer sehr gerne im Park oder am See und geht manchmal in Theater oder Oper. Ab und zu speilt er auch selber Trompete. Außerdem ist er großer Fan von Gesellschaftsspiele- oder Kneipen-Abenden.
