Ich suche jemanden der von Juni bis August in mein Zimmer zieht :)
Gerne kann ich ein Bett und eine Kommode zur Verfügung stellen ist aber kein Muss!
Wenn ihr nur einen Monat einziehen wollt wäre das auch kein Problem, mein Mitbewohner ist ordentlich und die Wohnung liegt nah am Stadtkern. Mit der Straßenbahn 7 und 8, die direkt vor der Tür halten, kommt man in 10min zum Augustsplatz und mit der Rb die 5 min weg ist braucht man nur 5min zum Hbf.
Da das Haus aus Backstein ist wird es im Sommer nicht zu warm in den Räumen und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon!
