Die Entfernung zum Zentrum beträgt knapp 1km. Es gibt Zugang zu Küche, Bad und vor allem einem sehr herzlich eingerichteten 20qm Wohnzimmer, in dem sich ein E-Piano und ein hochwertiges Teufel Soundsystem befindet. Außerdem hat der Mieter Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftsgarten, sowie einem abschließbaren Kellerabteil. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Blick auf den Elsapark wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Selbstverständlich gibt es eine W-Lan Verbindung. Nebenkosten sind im Preis inkludiert.
450€ pro Monat.
Der Mitbewohner ist mein Bruder. Ein 25 Jahre alter Global Studies Master Student. Er spricht Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Portugiesisch, ist sehr weltoffen und unernehmungslustig.

From the 1st of May until the 1st of September 2022
I'm renting out my spacious, fully furnished 20sqm room which is located directly at the Elsapark about 1km from the city center. There's access to a kitchen, a bathroom and most importantly to a very nicely furnished 20sqm living room. There is a Piano and a high quality Teufel Soundsystem in there. The tenant will also have access to a community garden and a lockable cellar. In The bathroom there's a bathtub and a laundrymachine. The room has a view on the Elsapark as depicted in the fotos. Obviously there is WiFi. All extra cost ist included in the price.
450€ per month.
The roommate is my brother. A 25 year old global studies Master student. He speaks English, German, French and Portugese. He is very open and enjoys group activities a lot.
