Huhu ihr Lieben. Weil unsere Mitbewohnerin Kristina auszieht, suchen wir jemand Neues um die WG komplett zu machen. Bist das vielleicht Du?
Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen. Wir teilen uns zwei große Bäder (Tageslicht, 2 Toiletten, 2 Duschen, eine Badewanne) und einen sehr geräumigen offenen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Kamin und Dachterrasse mit 180° Blick, sowie einen echt schönen Garten inklusive Feuerstelle mit den anderen Parteien im Haus.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 8m2 und hat Echtholzboden. Wir hätten auch Matratzen und ein paar Möbel, falls du noch was brauchst.

The apartment is on two floors. We share two large bathrooms (daylight, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bathtub) and a very spacious open plan common area with fireplace and roof terrace with 180° views, as well as a really nice garden including a fireplace with the other parties in the house.
The room has 8 psquare meters and real wood floors. We also have mattresses and some furniture if you need anything else.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Westen. Die Tramhaltestelle Rathaus Leutzsch ist zwei Minuten entfernt (18 min zum Hauptbahnhof). Ein Rewe, Penny, Rossmann (Leutzsch Arkaden) und ein Döner/Späti befinden sich einmal schräg über die Straße und der Leutzscher Rathauspark mit Tischtennisplatten ist ebenfalls einmal über die Straße. Von unserer Dachterrasse gibt es einen fantastischen, unverstellten Blick auf den Auwald.
The apartment is located in the west of Leipzig. The Rathaus Leutzsch tram stop is two minutes away (18 minutes to the main train station). A Rewe, Penny, Rossmann (Leutzsch Arkaden) and a kebab shop/Späti are diagonally across the street and the Leutzscher Rathauspark with table tennis tables is also across the street. From our roof terrace there is a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Auwald.

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen mit großen Herzen. Kochen und chillen in unserem riesigen gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsbereich - vor allem Abends - viel miteinander.
Es wird viel gelacht, getanzt, containert, rabaukt, ausgeheckt und yogiert.
Wir haben eine kollektive Einkaufskasse, aus der wir Grundlebensmittel finanzieren können. Den Großteil unserer Lebensmittel containern wir.
Wir treffen uns immer mal wieder, um anfallenden Orgakram oder Befindlichkeiten zu bequatschen.
Unsere Interessen sind sehr vielfältig... von politischer Arbeit, über Musik und Bauen bis hin zu "wo ist eigentlich der beste Falafelladen der Stadt?“. Eine Freude am Absurden und die gegenseitige Unterstützung vereinen uns.
Wir leben ganz familiär zusammen und ein Interesse an unseren Mitbewohnis ist uns sehr wichtig.
Außerdem sind wir ziemlich ordentlich und sauber und wünschen uns das auch von unserem neuen Mitbewohni.
Am wichtigsten ist aber: Mit einem liebevollen Miteinander lässt sich jedes Problem lösen und dazu auch noch eine ganze Menge erschaffen.
Bei uns wohnen Personen mit Tierhaar-Allergie, daher sind leider keine Tiere hier in der Wohnung möglich.
We are a colorful bunch with big hearts. Cooking and chilling in our huge, cozy common area - especially in the evening - a lot together.
There's a lot of laughing, dancing, containering, fooling around and yogaing.
We have a collective shopping fund from which we can finance basic groceries. We containerize most of our groceries.
We meet every now and then to talk about organizational issues or sensitivities.
Our interests are very diverse... from political work, music and building to "where is the best falafel shop in town?". A joy in the absurd and mutual support unite us.
We live together in a very family-like closeness and share a lot with each other.
We are also pretty neat and clean and we want our new roommate to be the same.
But the most important thing is that with a loving cooperation, every problem can be solved and a lot can be created at the same time.
Sadly no animals can move in here, cause some people here have allergies.
Allerlei -ismen (vor allem Sexismus, Rassismus und andere scheiße) bleiben bitte außerhalb unserer Wohnung. Wir sind eine vielseitige Gemeinschaft und legen Wert auf ein familiäres Zusammenleben. Wir suchen eine Person, die Lust hat sich einzubringen.
