Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da mittags die Sonne hereinscheint. Es hat 17m², ist gerade gechnitten und liegt direkt neben meinem. Es ist sehr erstaunlich, was man auf dieser Fläche alles unterbringen kann, wie du ja vielleicht bei einem Kennlerngespräch wirst sehen können. Es gibt zwei Fenster mit Jalousien und zwei Heizungen.
The room is really bright, for sun shines in during noon. The cut i straight and me personnaly, I am impressed how much you can store in that space, as you will probably see if you want to come over and look at the room. There's two windows with blinds each and two heatings also.
Eine optimalere Lage als die dieser Wohnung gibt es eigentlich nicht: Das Rewe ist 5min, das Kaufland 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Die lebhafte Eisenbahnstraße liegt gleich um die Ecke. Dort herrscht einerseits ein reges Nachtleben, andererseits findet man dort viele Imbisse und einen Aldi, Konsum und MäcGeiz. Kleine Kaffees gibt es dort auch und eine gute Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof und den Augustusplatz, wo die Uni ist. Die STR 1+3, Bus73 fahren zum Hbf und die 8 zur Uni. All dies ist auch gut mit dem Fahhrad (10min) und auch zu Fuß zu erreichen (15-20min). Zahlreiche Parks befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung, in denen man angenehm joggen oder picknicken kann.
From my point of view there couldn't be a better spot to live in: There are several super markets nearby (Rewe 5min, Aldi/Konsum/Kaufland ca.5-10min). The Eisenbahnstraße is really trendy by now, you can find lots of places to eat at, cafes and also you can experience a good night life here. Besides, an amount of parks are just around the corner. The uni you can reach in 10 min either by bike or tram(STR8) and also by foot in about 20min. The main station is off only 15min on foot, perhaps 7min by tram and 5min by bike.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber jeder hat natürlich seinen Freiraum. Unsere Räume sind nicht steril, aber der Haushalt sollte schon regelmäßig gemacht werden, damit man sich wohl fühlt.
I am not looking for someone just to share the rent with, but for someone to hang out with and actually to live together with. Of course everybody needs their own space! I am not obsessed with cleaning up, but I like the flat to be clean, so we can feel confortable.
Kurz zu mir: ich bin 20 und studiere Arabistik und Islamwissenschaft, darin investiere ich recht viel Zeit. Ich bin also eher von der ruhigeren Sorte, natürlich nicht immer. Trotzdem unternehme ich sehr gerne etwas mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin. Außerdem verbringe ich gerne Zeit draußen beim Lesen oder um zu laufen. Und ich tanze, aber das mache ich dann nicht im Park.
Das kommende Semester verbringe ich ein im Ausland und daher wohnt Mariana in dieser Zeit mit dir in der WG, sie spricht Portugiesisch, Englisch und Französisch und ist 20 Jahre alt. Deutsch lernt sie erst hier. Bestimmt ist es möglich, dass ihr euch vor dem Einzug mal über Skype kennenlernt oder du kommst mal vorbei, wenn du magst
Ich lerne unter anderem während meines Studiums Sprachen, ich freue mich also auch mit einer über nicht-deutschsprachigen Mitbewohnerin zusammen zu leben.
Sonstiges: Die Wohnung ist leider nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der den Umzug sehr erleichtert! Außerdem sind Kühlschrank, Wasch- und Spülmaschine vorhanden.
"Sonstige Kosten" bezieht sich auf Internet und Strom.
About me: I am 20, and I m studying science of Islam and the Arabic language. I like to read, dance and run. But actually I am more of a quiet person, since I spend much time studying. Still, I like to be around people and to do stuff with my current room mate.
I will spend the next semester abroad, so I will rent my room during that period. Meanwhile you will be living with Mariana, she is learning German here, and speaks French, Potuguese and English. She is twenty years old and a really lovely girl. I am sure you two can arrange a meeting via phone to get to know each other before you move in, or you can drop by if you want to.
Unfortunately the house is not barrier-free, but there is an elevator (good for the moving). Besides we got a fridge, a dish washer and a washing machine.
Please notice, that I wish to find a girl to move in :)
