in unserer WG wird auf den 1.Mai ein unmöbiliertes Zimmer frei - Glück für dich! Dich erwarten:
- ein unmöbliertes 10qm-Zimmer (Kaution 228€)
- altbautypische hohe Decken
- ein großes Fenster, das für Helligkeit sorgt
- Übersichtlichkeit, Gemütlichkeit und eine zentrale aber gleichzeitig ruhige Lage.
- ein Wohnzimmer
Die WG liegt im 2. OG und ist insgesamt großzügig geschnitten. Sowohl die große Küche, das Wohnzimmer als auch der Flur bieten viel Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC. Dein Zimmer ist ideal, wenn du es verstehst, dich auf 10qm gemütlich einzurichten. Durch die hohen Wände und das große Fenster ist es schön hell. Wenn du handwerklich begabt bist, könntest du natürlich auch gut ein Hochbett einbauen. Das Zimmer habe ich vor 1,5 Jahren frisch gestrichen.

An unfurnished room is now available in our shared apartment - good luck for you! You can expect:
- an unfurnished 10sqm room (deposit € 228)
- High ceilings typical of old buildings
- a large window that ensures brightness
- Clarity, comfort and a central but quiet location.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and is generously laid out overall. Both the large kitchen, living room and the hallway offer plenty of space for joint activities. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Your room is ideal if you know how to make yourself comfortable on 10qm. The high walls and the large window make it nice and bright. If you are skilled in craftsmanship, you could of course also install a loft bed. I painted the room 1.5 years ago.
Die Lage ist wirklich top. Du brauchst zur nächsten Tram zwei Minuten zu Fuß, zum REWE vier Minuten, zur Innenstadt fünf, wenn du mit dem Rad unterwegs bist. Unsere Wohnung ist parallel zur Eisenbahnstraße, auf der du große Auswahl von Bars und Kaffes hast. Außerdem haben wir einen Gemeinschafts-Garten hinter unserem Haus! Hier kannst du die Sonne genießen, unter großen Bäumen entspannen, oder Freunde einladen und mit uns grillen.

The location is really great. You need two minutes by foot to the next tram, four minutes to the REWE, five to the city center if you are cycling. We also have a community garden behind our house! Here you can enjoy the sun, relax under large trees, or invite friends and have a barbecue.
Das Beste an der WG sind aber natürlich deine möglichen Mitbewohner*innen:
Dich erwarten: Mathias (32), Teilzeit-Facilitiy-Manager im Haus und passionierter Dartspieler, Marcus (31) WG-Koryphäe und Backkünstler, Lana (28)Essen liebende und warmherzige Ernährungsberaterin, sowie Jeanette (25) bayerische Arabistik-Studentin und die "gute Seele". Wir sind eine Mischung von Studierenden und Arbeitenden. Irgendjemand backt immer einen Kuchen und wir machen regelmäßige WG-Abendessen, Spieleabende und Serienabende zusammen. Wenn du aber deine Ruhe brauchst, kannst du dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehen und absolut konzentriert arbeiten.
Wir suchen einen aufgeschlossenen Menschen, der sich gerne in unsere Gemeinschaft miteinbringen möchte und nicht an einer reinen Zweck-WG interessiert ist. Außerdem wäre es klasse, wenn Sauberkeit und Ordnung halten für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

The best thing about the flat share is of course your possible roommates:
You can expect: Mathias (31) part-time facility manager and passionate darts player, Marcus (30) flat share expert and baking artist, Lana (27) food-loving and warm-hearted nutritionist, architect as well as Jeanette (25) Bavarian Arabic-Studies student and the "good soul". We are a mix of students and working people and try to communicate in several languages (English, German, Spanish ... whatever your heart desires). Someone always bakes a cake and we make regular flat-share dinners, game nights and series evenings together. But if you need your rest, you can retire to your room and work with absolute concentration.
We are looking for an open-minded person who would like to get involved in our community and is not interested in a purely functional flat share. It would also be great if cleanliness and orderliness are a matter of course for you.
