Die Neustädterstraße liegt relativ am Anfang des Leipziger Ostens, mit unserer Lage sind wir in Sekunden an der Eisi und dennoch weit genug vom Trubel des Kiezes entfernt!
Sämtliche Einkausfmöglichkeiten, vom Angebot über Aldi und Rewe findest du in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso (und besonderes wichtig) einige Spätis.
Solltest du pendeln müssen, liegt der HBf mit dem Rad keine 10 min. und mit der Tram ca. 5 min entfernt.

Im Sommer kann Mensch voll gut im nahegelegenen kleinen Rabet-Park oder im großen Mariannenpark abhängen.
Mit dem Rad bist du von unserer WG aus in 10 min in der Innenstadt und in fast alle anderen Stadtteile brauchst du ca. 20 min (je nachdem natürlich wo du hinmöchtest). Kurz gesagt, wir wohnen mega zentral :))

The Neustädterstraße is relatively at the beginning of Leipzigs East, with our location we are within seconds at the Eisi and still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood!
All shopping options, from Aldi and Rewe, can be found in the immediate vicinity, as well as (and especially important) some Spätis.
If you have to commute, the main train station is less than 10 minutes away by bike and about 5 minutes by tram.

In the summer, people can really hang out in the nearby small Rabet Park or in the large Mariannenpark.
You can reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes from our flat share and you need about 20 minutes to get to almost all other parts of the city (depending on where you want to go, of course). In short, we live super central :))

Wir, Debbie, Marie und Lara suchen ab dem 1.05. einen Menschen der mit uns wohnen möchte.

Erstmal zu uns:

Debbie, Pronomen: Sie/Keine, 31, Mixed (BPoC) und able-bodied, studiere aktuell Soziale Arbeit in Berlin. Das kommende Semester will ich mich dann (vielleicht) ernsthaft mit der Bachelorarbeit auseinandersetzen. Ansonsten bin ich als Sexualpädagogin mit unterschiedlichen Angeboten und Workshops rund um den Bereich: Bewegung, Empowerment, Sexuelle Bildung usw. in Leipzig und dem Umland unterwegs. Ich bin kreativ, liebe es Hobbies zu haben, mich darin auszutoben, (für meine WG hehe) zu kochen und meinen Pflanzen beim wachsen zuzuschauen.

Lara, Pronomen Sie, 27, white-passing, able-bodied, bricht gerade ihren Master ab und lohnarbeitet in der Sozialen Arbeit. Ich geh gerne und viel auf Demos (u.a. mit anderen Menschen aus unserem Haus), backe sonntags gerne Kuchen, bin gerne unterwegs aber auch gern zu Haus. Jetzt wo ich dem Masterabschluss den Mittelfinger zeige möchte ich wieder politisch aktiver werden und mich engagieren. Ich bin für lange Küchen Sit-ins und schnelle Techno Partys genauso gut zu haben wie für ne spontane Aktion die Wand zu streichen oder unsere Pflanzen zu pflegen. Politisierung und die Auseinandersetzung mit Welt und Gesellschaft sind mir wichtig.

Marie, Pronomen Sie, 40, weiß, able bodied, ist (leider) der Mensch bei uns, der pendeln muss. Ich bin wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Uni Halle in der Bodenkunde. Heißt ich bin tagsüber unterwegs. Wenn ich nicht gerade meiner Lohnarbeit nachgehe, hänge ich gern mit meinen Mitbewohnis in der Küche ab und genieße das Zusammenleben in der WG (muss ich dann ja auskosten, wenn ich mal da bin :)). Ansonsten koche ich gern, gehe liebend gern auf Konzerte und Open Airs und zelebriere die Wochenenden. Ich bin gern mal mit meinem Bus unterwegs und falls nicht werkel ich gern in der WG. Ach ja und politische Arbeit ist bei mir auch noch am Start. Da brauchs dann doch ab und zu auch bei mir ma ne geschlossene Zimmertür und n Abend für mich.

Wir wünschen uns ein familiäres Zusammenwohnen, in dem wir uns aufeinander beziehen und aktuelle Lebenslagen ebenso teilen wie den Inhalt unseres Kühlschranks. Wir leben mit Küchenkommunismus und würden das auch ganz gern beibehalten (erfahrungsgemäß gibt es immer einen Vorrat an eigener Schoki in jedem Zimmer hehe). Wir legen Wert darauf, füreinander und gemeinsam zu kochen und nutzen dafür u.a. unsere wöchentliche Biokiste. Solidarische und teils kommunistische WG Strukturen zu führen bedeutet für uns nicht, dass sich immer alle gleich beteiligen müssen, sondern Ressourcen, Möglichkeiten und Kapazitäten abgewägt werden, sowohl finanziell als auch in Haushaltsfragen. Apropos Haushalt...wir leben und wohnen tatsächlich sehr sauber und ordentlich und sind nicht so bereit davon abzuweichen. Wir sagen mal so, die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche ist quasi immer clean und dank mangelnder Spülmaschine waschen wir viel ab. :-)
Wir möchten insbesondere BPoC und Queers dazu einladen sich bei Interesse bei uns zu melden!

We, Debbie, Marie and Lara are looking for a person from the 1th of May who wants to live with us.

First about us:

Debbie, pronouns: she/none, 31, mixed (BPoC) and able-bodied, currently studying social work in Berlin. The next semester I want to get serious about my bachelor thesis (maybe). Otherwise, I am a sex educator with different offers and workshops around the area: movement, empowerment, sexual education, etc. in Leipzig and the surrounding area on the road. I am creative, love to have hobbies-cant really focus, cook (for my WG hehe) and watch my plants grow.

Lara, pronouns: She, 27, white-passing, able-bodied, just finishing her masters and working in social work. I like to go to demos a lot (including with other people from our house), like to bake cakes on Sundays, like to be on the road but also like to be at home. Now that I'm giving the middle finger to the Master's degree, I want to get more politically active and involved again. I'm just as up for long kitchen sit-ins and fast techno parties as I am for a spontaneous action to paint the wall or take care of our plants. Politicization and engaging with the world and society are important to me.

Marie, pronoun She, 40, white, able bodied, is (unfortunately) the person with us who has to commute. I am a research assistant at the University of Halle in soil science. That means I am on the road during the day. When I'm not working, I like to hang out with my flatmates in the kitchen and enjoy living together in the shared flat (I have to make the most of it when I'm there :)). Otherwise I like to cook, go to concerts and open airs and celebrate the weekends. I like to be on the road with my bus and if not I like to work in my shared flat. Oh yes and political work is also at the start. There needs then nevertheless from time to time also with me ma ne closed room door and n evening for me.

We want a familiar living together, in which we refer to each other and share current life situations as well as the contents of our refrigerator. We live with kitchen communism and
would like to keep it (experience shows that there is always a supply of our own chocolate in each room hehe). We make a point of cooking for each other and together and use our weekly organic box for this purpose, among other things. For us, running a solidary and partly communistic WG structure doesn't mean that everyone always has to participate equally, but that resources, possibilities and capacities are weighed up, both financially and in house working matters. Speaking of house work...we actually live and reside very clean and tidy and are not so willing to compromise on that. We'll put it this way, the countertop in the kitchen is always clean and thanks to the lack of a dishwasher, we do a lot of dishes. :-)
We would like to invite especially BPoC and queers to contact us if interested!

Was wünschen wir uns von dir?
Marie: Dir sollte politisches Engagament wichtig sein. Das Zusammenleben in einer WG mit all seinen Verpflichtungen und gegenseitiger Achtung und Wertschätzung sollte für dich selbstverständlich sein. Toll wäre es, wenn du, genau wie wir alle, Pflanzen liebst und nen grünen Daumen hast. Du Lust hast, längerfristig bei uns zu wohnen.

Debbie: Du BiPoC bist und dir vorstellen kannst mit uns zusammen zu wohnen.

Lara: Dir ein familiäres Zusammenwohnen wichtig ist, du Lust hast mit uns in Beziehung zu treten (was eben auch manchmal ein bisschen Arbeit ist). Ich finde es erstrebenswert, wenn sich alle möglichst wohl fühlen und dafür braucht es auch Kommunikation. Und wenn du gerne Kuchen isst und Küchen Sit-Ins magst freue ich mich auch. Außerdem fände ich es cool, wenn du dich vegan ernährst (muss aber nicht zwangsläufig).

What do we want from you?

Marie: Political commitment should be important to you. Living together in a shared flat with all its obligations and mutual respect and appreciation should be a matter of course for you. It would be great if you, just like all of us, love plants and have a green thumb. You would like to live with us for a longer period of time.

Debbie: You are BiPoC and can imagine living with us.

Lara: It is important to you that we live together as a family, and you want to have a relationship with us (which is sometimes a bit of work). I think it's worthwhile if everyone feels as comfortable as possible, and that requires communication. And if you like cake and kitchen sit-ins, I'm happy too. I also think it would be cool if you ate a vegan diet (but not necessarily).
