Our apartment not only has its own look, it also shines with a number of advantages: Most rooms, like yours, have their own sink.
In addition, our apartment is very spacious with two toilets, a separate bathroom, large kitchen (best equipped) and living room, so that it never becomes too narrow (also with visit).
Location
The apartment is located in the best location in the middle of the Leipzig East. Both the tram stop Ostplatz and the bus stops Schulze-Boysen-Straße and Riebeckstraße are only 5 minutes away. From there you are in the city centre in a few minutes. It is also not far to the famous railway road or to the south.
The well-known shopping area of Reudnitz, a rewe, a consumption and two lates within 200m. Various duners and other fast food shops are easily accessible. You don't have to save on green: The apartment lies exactly between Peace Park and Lene-Voigt-Park.
WG life
Amanda(21), Leo(26), Johanna(26) and Leon(21) live with you.
Our constellation is still relatively new, but it has already developed a really beautiful and relaxed dynamic. Even if everyone goes after his own everyday life, we enjoy spending time together, whether during the chatting in the kitchen, cooking together, watching film or in a small snack in the park.
Our WG life is unavoidable, open and thoughtful. Once someone pulls back, sometimes you hang around – everything can, nix must.

Zimmer
In unserer geräumigen WG wird ab Mai ein süßes Zimmer mit Lage zum Hinterhof frei.
Unsere Wohnung hat nicht nur ihren ganz eigenen Look, sie glänzt auch mit einer Reihe von Vorteilen: Die meisten Zimmer, so wie auch deins, haben ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Zudem ist unsere Wohnung mit zwei Toiletten, einem separaten Badezimmer, großer Küche (bestens ausgestattet) und Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig, sodass es (auch mit Besuch) nie zu eng wird.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage mitten im Leipziger Osten. Sowohl die Tramhaltestelle Ostplatz als auch die Bushaltestellen Schulze-Boysen-Straße und Riebeckstraße sind nur 5 Min entfernt. Von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Zur berühmt-berüchtigten Eisenbahnstraße oder in den Süden ist es ebenfalls nicht weit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet das bekannte Kaufland Reudnitz, ein Rewe, ein Konsum und zwei Spätis im Umkreis von 200m. Diverse Döner- und andere Fastfood-Läden sind sehr schnell erreichbar.
An Grün musst du auch nicht sparen: Die Wohnung liegt passgenau zwischen Friedens-Park und Lene-Voigt-Park.
WG-Leben
Mit dir wohnen Amanda(21), Leo(26), Johanna(26)und Leon(21).
Unsere Konstellation ist noch relativ neu, aber es hat sich schon eine richtig schöne und entspannte Dynamik entwickelt. Auch wenn jeder seinem eigenen Alltag nachgeht, genießen wir es gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, ob beim Verquatschen in der Küche, zusammen Kochen, Film schauen oder bei einem kleinen Abstecher in den Park.
Unser WG-Leben ist ungezwungen, offen und rücksichtsvoll. Mal zieht sich jemand zurück, mal hängt man zusammen rum – alles kann, nix muss.
Sonstiges
Falls du meinst, das Zusammenleben durch deine Person bereichern zu können, freuen wir uns schon sehr, von dir zu hören. Am besten du erzählst ein wenig von dir, wir melden uns dann! :)
