Es ist das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung und zur Straße hinaus. Tagsüber bekommt es viel Sonne ab. Ich würde ein paar Sachen von mir wegstellen, damit du genügend Platz hast. Geraucht wird bei uns auf unserem Balkon:-)

Zur Lage:
Die WG befindet sich fast direkt an der Haltestelle „Reunditz- Koehlerstraße“. Mit der Tram 7 und 4 kommt man innerhalb 10 Minuten ins Zentrum und zur Uni. Mit dem Bus 70 kann man direkt zur Eisenbahnstraße fahren.
Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld, zum Beispiel Kaufland.
