Hallo liebe Leute,
leider müssen uns unsere beiden Mitbewohner verlassen, da sie nach Chile ziehen und es wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, unmöbliert und bietet eine hohe Decke, helles Laminat und Ruhe! Denn das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und damit fern des Verkehrslärms der Dresdner Straße.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung hell und groß, Bad und Küche mit Fenster und zusätzlich gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa sowie einen wunderschönen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Im Hinterhof gibt es sowohl Fahrradstellplätze, als auch Parkplätze für Autos, die man allerdings anmieten muss.

Hola querida gente.
Nuestros roomies vuelven a Chile, entonces queda una habitación libre.
Esta cuenta con 15 mts. Cuadrados, piso flotante, sin muebles. Lugar muy tranquilo.
El departamento en total es grande y tiene bastante luz, cuenta con pequeño balcon y también una sala de estar.
Hay espacio para bicicletas en el exterior, y también estacionamiento para autos ( arrendar a parte).
Die WG ist 6 min vom Augustplatz, Uni und Innenstadt entfernt, Bus+Tram fahren direkt vor der Haustür (Reudnitz-Koehlerstr.) und gegenüber hat Kaufland (fast) immer offen. Diverse Döner-/Pizzaläden, Bäckereien, Spätis sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Grünflächen wie Lene-Voigt-Park oder Rabet sind ebenfalls um die Ecke und mit dem Rad sinds in die Südvorstadt 15 Minuten.

La casa queda a 6 minutos de Augustusplatz, de la universidad y del centro y casi justo en frente de la casa encuentras la estacion del tram/bus Y un Kaufland!
Además hay unos parques bonitos y muy cercanos como el Lene-Voigt-Park y el Rabet.
Es un lugar muy vivo, donde tenemos cerca panaderias, comida rápida, tiendas de alcohol, entre otros.
In der WG warten auf dich zwei sehr lebensfrohe Gestalten. Sebastian, Zumbalehrer, und Milena, Studentin. Wir machen gerne und viel zusammen, ob auf dem Balkon, im Park oder am See. Wenn es nicht gerade Corona-Zeit wäre, würden wir sehr wahrscheinlich auch öfter auf diversen Tanzflächen anzutreffen sein.
Wir sind eine spanisch-sprachige WG und suchen daher jemanden, der sich mit der spanischen Sprache genauso wohl fühlt wie wir.

En esta WG vivimos y Sebastián, Instructor de Zumba y Milena, estudiante. Nosotros realizamos actividades en conjunto, compartimos en el balcon, vamos al parque o al lago cada cierto tiempo. Y si no hubiese tiempo de corona, nos encontrarias quizás en varias fiestas.
Queremos una persona con energía, que tenga buenas vibras y sea abierto a tener una vida "familiar". Idealmente que hable español.
