Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und aktuell mit einem Bett, einem großen Regal und einer doppelten Kleiderstange ausgestattet. Ein Schreibtisch und -stuhl wären bei Bedarf auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer geht in den ruhigen Innenhof und durch den schönen großen Baum vor dem Fenster schaut man ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 75qm groß und wir würden uns Küche, ein großes Bad, Balkon und das Wohnzimmer (mit einer super bequemen und einladenden couch) teilen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. :) Alles weitere sieht man vielleicht auf den Fotos besser, bzw. dann bei einem Treffen.
The room is around 15qm and is furnished with a bed, a large bookshelf/storage rack and two rails for hanging clothes that are attached to the wall. I also have a desk and chair available if needed. The room is on the side facing away from the street and into the courtyard is therefore nice and quiet. There's a large Tree in front of the window, so its a nice green view. The whole apartment is 75qm and we would be sharing the kitchen, a large bathroom, a balcony and the living room (with a large comfy couch). the apartment is equipped with everything. :) For further details just take a look at the pictures, and then I can show you everything else if we meet up.
Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz im Leipziger Osten und ich finde die Lage optimal. Man ist in 2 Minuten an der Haltestelle Wiebelstraße (Linie 7) bzw. in 5 Minuten an der Köhlerstraße (Linie 4 u.a.). Von dort aus sind es nur 3 bzw. 4 Haltestellen bis zum Augustusplatz und der Innenstadt. Kaufland und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt um die Ecke an der Köhlerstraße und einen Späti gibt es auch in der Nähe. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park und bis zum Lene-Voigt oder Stünzer Park ist es auch nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Im Innenhof ist Platz für Fahrräder, wobei ich dort nichts teures abstellen würde. Aber ingesamt ist es hier sehr ruhig und entspannt und man hat alles in der Nähe. :)
The appartment is in Reudnitz, in the eastern part of Leipzig and I thinks its location is ideal. Its only a 2 minute walk to the tramstation Wiebelstraße (Tram 7) or around 5 minutes to Köhlerstraße (Tram 4, among others). From there its only 3 to 4 stations to Augustusplatz and the city center. There's a Kaufland and other shopping facilities around the corner at Köhlerstraße and there's also a "Späti" nearby. There is a small park right in front of the house and its only a short stroll to other parks such as Lene-Voigt or Stünzer Park. In the courtyard there is room for bicycles, although I wouldn't leave anything too expensive there . But other than that everything is pretty quiet and relaxed around here while still having everything necessary nearby. :)
Im Moment leben Maren und ich hier. Ich habe gerade meinen Master in Management abgeschlossen und mache einen Urlaub in Indien. Ich werde im Mai wieder da sein. Deshalb möchte ich mein Zimmer für April untervermieten. Maren ist außerdem Master of Economics-Studentin an der Universität Leipzig. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Karlsruhe. Wir sind beide freundlich und kochen gerne zusammen und trinken manchmal etwas. Du wirst im April bei Maren wohnen.
Currently, Maren and I live here. I just finished my Masters in Management and am going for a vacation in India. I will be back in May. This is why I want to sublet my room for April. Maren is also a Master of Economics student in Universität Leipzig. She is originally from Karlsruhe. We both are friendly and love to cook together and have a drink sometimes. You will be living with Maren in April.
