Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe und hat zwei Fenster und ist damit schön hell. Außerdem hat es schönes Pakett und Stuck.
Da ich selber erst Ende des Monats richtig erst einziehe, ist es recht spärlich möbliert. Es wird nur ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch drin stehen.
Es gibt einen schönen Balkon und eine Badewanne.
Ihr seid direkt im schönen Lene-Voigt-Park und auf der anderen Seite im Reudnitzer Park. Es ist also schön ruhig. Ihr habt aber alles, was ihr braucht in Fußnähe. Also Späti, Supermarkt, Öffis,...
Dazu kann ich noch nicht so viel sagen. Die eine Person, Carl, ist die einzige Person, die schon länger dort wohnt. Zwei seiner Mitbewonis ziehen aus. In das eine Zimmer ziehe ich und bei dem anderen Zimmer ist das auch noch nicht klar. Carl wird die erste Märzhälfte unterwegs sein und dann mit dir wohnen. Er studiert Architektur und macht gerade viel Kulturkram. Er ist ein herzlicher und angenehmer Mensch.
