From July 2025 I (Lola/sie/-;28) will be away from Leipzig, probably until March 2026. The end is actually still flexible.
I would be very happy to hand over my room to a dear person. Generally, I am happy about good communication to discuss everything.
The room is spacious, with high ceiling, stucco and somewhat odd walls. Two large windows (located to the street) offer daylight. It is still unclear but verdictable which furniture remains in it and which does not.

Ich (Lola/sie/-;28) bin ab Juli 2025 erstmal weg aus Leipzig, wahrscheinlich so bis März 2026. Das Ende ist aber tatsächlich noch flexibel.
Ich würde mich total freuen, mein Zimmer an eine liebe Person zu übergeben. Generell freue ich mich über gute Kommunikation um alles einfach besprechen zu können.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit hoher Decke, Stuck und etwas ungeraden Wänden. Zwei große Fenster (zur Straße gelegen) bieten Tageslicht. Es ist noch unklar aber besprechbar, welche Möbel drin bleiben und welche nicht.

The WG is located in the heart of Detroitnitz - super Öffi connection (The 7 and 4 are reached in 2-4 min), super supermarket connection, super Lene-Park connection. If you're struggling, you can spit from the balcony to the Kaufland, maybe. What's more human? Flink you can organize veggie pizza (favourable, semi good) or hop to Late. The WG, however, is not super quiet and occasionally hears the train, the ambulance and the garbage collection. For this, man gets a few steps together on the third floor and the distance to the road is quite given. All in all an urban all-round package here so ;)

Wenn du dich anstrengst kannst du vom Balkon zum Kaufland spucken, vielleicht. Was will mensch mehr? Flink kannst du dir veggie Pizza (günstig, semi gut) organisieren oder zum Späti hüpfen. Die WG liegt dadurch allerdings auch nicht super ruhig und gelegentlich hört mensch mal die Bahn, mal den Krankenwagen und mal die Müllabfuhr. Dafür bekommt mensch aber im dritten Stock auf jeden Fall ein paar Stufen zusammen und die Distanz zur Straße ist durchaus gegeben. Alles in allem ein urbanes Rundumpaket hier also ;)
We are Anne (25) and Tim (32) and are looking for a person who likes to live with us for two months. We cultivate a cozy and caring coexistence, also closely with our direct neighbours, and our party-WG times are honestly also around. We are happy to cook together and for each other, make small and big excursions, give room to the moss, laugh, and breakfast (if you go out), because occasionally it happens that we turn into Busy Bees and we walk a few days rather just peripherally.
The living room is generally a multifunctional room that is used for yoga or cinema but also for working and learning. Even without a cleaning plan, we are quite clean on the road and always push the responsibility for kitchen, bathroom and living room in circles so that it is not boring.
Wir sind Anne (25) und Tim (32) und suchen nach einer Person, die gerne mit uns zwei Monate zusammenleben mag. Wir pflegen ein gemütliches und fürsorgliches Zusammenleben, auch eng mit unseren direkten Nachbarinnen zusammen, und unsere Party-WG Zeiten sind ehrlicherweise auch schon rum. Gerne kochen wir zusammen und füreinander, unternehmen kleine und große Ausflüge, geben Raum zum motzen, lachen, und Frühstück (wenns sich ausgeht), weil hin und wieder kommt es vor, dass wir uns in Busy Bees verwandeln und uns mal ein paar Tage eher nur peripher über den Weg laufen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist generell ein Multifunktionsraum der für Yoga oder Kino aber eben auch zum arbeiten und lernen genutzt wird. Auch ohne Putzplan sind wir ziemlich sauber unterwegs und schieben uns die Verantwortlichkeit für Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer immer im Kreis damit es nicht langweilig wird.
We put a lot on good communication, empathy, delicious food and people with whom we feel comfortable. We wish a person for whom we are not only a means for the purpose. In addition, we live quite close with the 4th WG next door. you will definitely meet when you come to know (online). We give our best non-discriminatory rooms to create and would also like this from you.

Wir setzen viel auf gute Kommunikation, Empathie, leckeres Essen und Menschen, mit denen wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir wünschen uns eine Person für die wir nicht nur n Mittel zum Zweck sind. Außerdem wohnen wir recht close mit der 4er-WG nebenan zusammen.. da wirst du auf jeden Fall auch welche treffen, wenn du zum Kennenlernen (online) vorbei kommst. Wir geben unser bestes diskriminierungsfreie Räume zu schaffen und würden uns das auch von dir wünschen.
