3er WG mit Hund im schönen Schleußig

Die Lage ist richtig toll. Man ist superzentral und braucht nur wenige Minuten zu verschiedenen Spots in Leipzig, wie Cosi, der Wald, Plagwitz, Südvorstadt. Die Strasse ist aber sehr ruhig. Eine Töpferei liegt im Hof gegenüber.

The location is really great. You are super central and only need a few minutes to various spots in Leipzig, such as Cosi, the forest, Plagwitz, Südvorstadt. But the street is very quiet. A pottery is in the courtyard across the street.

Wir sind Clemens (31), Eleonora (30) und Lui (5, vier Pfoten, ganz kalte Nase) und wir sind gerade auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner.

Clemens kann man oft mit ganz ernster Mine Bass spielen sehen. Er macht Abba und Bee Gees an (guilty pleasure), wenn er kocht oder Geschirr spült. Er war bis Ende letzten Jahres am deutschen Krebsforschungszentrum als Postdoc. Dieses Jahr arbeitet er aber an anderen Projekten. Er baut MIDI Controller (Steuereinheiten für Musiksoftware) und macht elektronische Musik. Keine Angst, man muss die Musik nicht mithören. Er hat immer Kopfhörer auf. Clemens macht ab und zu Yoga und kocht gerne, meistens vegetarisch oder vegan.

Eleonora behauptet einen grünen Daumen zu haben und fast alles zum Blühen zu bringen, von der Tomate im Garten bis zum Kaktus auf der Fensterbank. Sie hat Medizin studiert, arbeitet gerade bei einer gemeinnützigen Organisation zur Bekämpfung von Corona und schreibt hoffentlich bald ihre Doktorarbeit zusammen. Sie will bald beim Robert Koch Institut als Epidemiologin anfangen oder in Leipzig an der Kinderpsychatrie. Eleonora interessiert sich für alle möglichen Themen: Kunst, Kultur, Gärtnern, Kochen, Reisen, etc etc.

Lui ist auch immer mit dabei. Er ist ein mittelgroßer Mischling, den wir letzten November als Pflegehund für eine Tierhilfeorganisation bei uns aufgenommen haben. Als er dann einige Zeit bei uns war, haben wir uns in ihn verliebt und ihn einfach behalten. Er verbringt den meisten Tag in seinem Bettchen schlafend und geht mit uns dreimal am Tag raus. Er kann Pfötchen geben und versteht sich gut mit Menschen und anderen Hunden.

Wir ziehen auch im Mai erst in die Wohnung und suchen jetzt noch einen dritten Mitbewohner, der mit uns einzieht. Gerade wohnen wir noch in Heidelberg in einer familiären WG mit fünf weiteren MitbewohnerInnen in einem großen Haus mit Garten. Wir kochen viel, schauen Filme und gehen ab und zu zusammen reisen. Wir suchen Jemandem, mit dem wir viel teilen können und wir fänden es richtig cool, dich mal per Skype oder ähnliches kennenzulernen. Wir sind zwar ein Päärchen, aber du brauchst keine Angst haben, dass wir permanent aufeinander sitzen werden. Schreib uns bitte ein paar Sachen zu euch, was ihr so macht, für was ihr euch interessiert, ob ihr schonmal in einer WG gewohnt habt etc. Du kannst uns auch ein paar Bilder von dir schicken, wenn du willst, ist aber kein Muss

Das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich bis Ende September befristet, da ab hier der Sohn der Vermieterin in ein Zimmer ziehen will. Es kann aber sein, dass wir hier auch schon wieder ausziehen, dann könntest du auch in der Wohnung bleiben, wenn du möchtest. Wahrscheinlich werden wir einen Untermietvertrag mit dir ausmachen. Es ist noch nicht ganz klar, wie wir die Zimmeraufteilung machen. Das können wir dann mit dir besprechen.

We are Clemens (31), Eleonora (30) and Lui (5, four paws, very cold nose) and we are currently looking for a roommate.

Clemens can often be seen playing bass with a very serious face. He turns on Abba and Bee Gees (guilty pleasure) when he cooks or washes dishes. He was at the German Cancer Research Center as a postdoc until late last year. This year, however, he is working on other projects. He builds MIDI controllers (control units for music software) and makes electronic music. Don't worry, you don't have to listen to the music. He always has headphones on. Clemens does yoga from time to time and likes to cook, mostly vegetarian or vegan.

Eleonora claims to have a green thumb and to make almost everything bloom, from tomatoes in the garden to cactus on the windowsill. She's a medical student, currently working at a nonprofit fighting corona, and hopefully soon writing her doctoral dissertation together. She wants to start soon at the Robert Koch Institute as an epidemiologist or in Leipzig at the child psychiatry department. Eleonora is interested in all kinds of subjects: Art, culture, gardening, cooking, traveling, etc etc.

Lui is also always with her. He is a medium sized mongrel that we took in last November as a foster dog for an animal rescue organization. Then when he was with us for some time, we fell in love with him and just kept him. He spends most of the day sleeping in his crib and goes out with us three times a day. He can give paw and gets along well with people and other dogs.

We are also just moving into the apartment in May and are now looking for a third roommate to move in with us. Right now we are still living in Heidelberg in a family shared apartment with five other roommates in a big house with a garden. We cook a lot, watch movies and go traveling together from time to time. We are looking for someone with whom we can share a lot and we think it would be really cool to get to know you via Skype or something similar. We are a couple, but you don't have to be afraid that we will permanently sit on each other. Please write us a few things about you, what you are doing, what you are interested in, if you have lived in a shared flat before etc. You can also send us some pictures if you want, but it's not a must

The room is probably limited until the end of September, because from here on the son of the landlady wants to move into a room. But it could be that we move out of here already, then you could also stay in the apartment if you want to. Probably we will arrange a sublease with you. It is not yet clear how we will divide the rooms. We can discuss that with you then.

Wegen den Kosten des Zimmers sind wir uns noch nicht ganz sicher, da wir uns noch um den Strom und Internetvertrag kümmern müssen. In den 270 Euro sind bereits sowohl Nebenkosten enthalten als auch der geschätzte Preis für Strom und Internet.


Regarding the cost of the room we are not quite sure yet, because we still have to take care of the electricity and internet contract. The 270 euros already includes both utilities and the estimated price for electricity and internet.
