Hello. We (Xiaolin and Natascha) are looking for a new B & B for our WG! It is located on the 2nd floor and is about 78qm2. The room would be on the south side and is about 15 sqm. You can see it on the pictures! There are also furniture in the room :)!
We have a window in the bathroom and a bathtub shower combo. The kitchen offers you the way to the balcony, which has a socket and linen line and is directed to the courtyard (north side).
In this WG we also offer you a fully equipped living room (sofa, TV, consoles and also space for your, if you have any)! It is a cozy room, perfect for game nights or just for silly or dinner.
There is also a basement and an attic where things can be stored.
Hallo Du! Wir (Xiaolin und Natascha) suchen eine*n neue*n Untermieter*in für unsere WG! Sie liegt im 2. Stock und ist ca. 78qm² groß. Das Zimmer würde sich auf der Südseite befinden und ist ca.15 qm² groß. Auf den Fotos kannst du es schon sehen! Es befinden sich zudem bereits möbel im Zimmer :)!
Wir haben im Bad ein Fenster sowie eine Badewannen-duschkombo. Die Küche bietet dir den Weg zum Balkon, welcher eine Steckdose und Wäscheleinen hat und auf den Innenhof gerichtet ist (Nordseite).
Auch bieten wir dir in dieser WG ein komplett ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer (Sofa, Fernseher, Konsolen und auch Platz für deine, falls du welche hast)! Es ist ein gemütlicher Raum, perfekt für Spieleabende oder einfach zum Quatschen oder Abendessen.
Zudem gibt es einen Keller und einen Dachboden, in dem Sachen gelagert werden können.
The apartment is located in the Sellerhausen-Stünz district in the east of Leipzig. The Emmaus Park is reached in a few minutes and the Emmaus Church is also. But don't worry, the church is as good as you don't hear, so you can also fall asleep :) a rewe is about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram line 7+8 (both stay at the main campus Augustusplatz) is reached in 1-3 minutes walk. If you want to drive to the centre, this takes about 15-25 minutes, depending on the traffic situation. Unfortunately there is no parking to the apartment, but from experience there is always one nearby.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Sellerhausen-Stünz im Osten von Leipzig. Der Emmauspark ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht und die Emmauskirche ebenso. Mach dir aber keine Sorgen, die Kirche hört man so gut wie gar nicht, also kann man auch getrost Ausschlafen :) ein Rewe ist knapp 5-10 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt und die Straßenbahn Linie 7+8 (halten beide am Hauptcampus Augustusplatz) ist in 1-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Falls du ins Zentrum fahren möchtest dauert dies knapp 15-25 Minuten, je nach Verkehrslage. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz zu der Wohnung, aber aus Erfahrung findet sich immer einer in der Nähe.
Xiaolin (27) and I (Natascha 33) are currently living in the WG. Xiaolin studies here for three semesters at Lancaster University, I study teaching and work in the cinema Cinestar. We are interested in a quiet WG life. Party's are therefore not allowed to do this and in the WG, even because of the two cats living in the WG:)
In der WG leben momentan Xiaolin (27) und ich (Natascha 33). Xiaolin studiert hier für drei Semester an der Lancaster University, Ich studiere Lehramt und arbeite nebenbei im Kino Cinestar. Wir sind an einem ruhigen WG Leben interessiert. Party's sind demnach nicht so unser Ding und in der WG nicht gestattet, auch allein wegen den zwei Katern nicht, welche in der WG mit leben :)
We are looking for someone who is looking for a longer term residence! Whether a student or retraining/training, you are welcome :) You should also like cats because two live in the WG.
