I offer my fully furnished, 16 square meters large room in a very nice 3rd WG in quiet Stötteritz for the period 01.09.2025 - 28.02.2026 for a sub-rent.
The apartment is small, but fine. It is modern, has a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a basement compartment and a small storage chamber.
The room has 16sqm and has a large window to the street side, which is really quiet due to the 30-zone. Since it is only an intermediate rental, the room is fully furnished, i.e. there is a wardrobe for files/uni materials, a height-adjustable desk, a bed and a wardrobe in it. In addition, a ironing board with iron and a dry stand. There is also an armchair with reading lamp, a book cabinet, clock and large mirror as well as a cozy carpet. So everything you need.
Oh, yes, and if you like, you could also take over my plants - but of course that's not a must!

ich biete mein voll möbliertes, 16 qm großes Zimmer in einer sehr lieben 3er WG im ruhigen Stötteritz für den Zeitraum 01.09.2025 - 28.02.2026 zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Sie ist modern gestaltet, hat eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sowie ein Kellerabteil und eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Das Zimmer umfasst 16qm und hat ein großes Fenster zur Straßenseite, die aufgrund der 30-Zone aber auch echt ruhig ist. Da es ja nur eine Zwischenmiete ist, ist das Zimmer voll möbliert, d.h. es befindet sich eine Garderobe, ein Schrank für Akten/Uni-Materialien, ein höhen-verstellbarer Schreibtisch, ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank darin. Zusätzlich ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und ein Trockenständer. Außerdem auch ein Sessel mit Leselampe, ein Bücherschrank, Uhr und großer Spiegel sowie ein gemütlicher Teppich. Also alles, was man so braucht.
Ach ja, und wenn du magst, könntest du auch meine Pflanzen mit übernehmen - das ist aber natürlich kein Muss!
In the immediate vicinity are the Stötteritzer Wäldchen (100m) as well as bakers and supermarkets (500m) and also the direct connection to the S-Bahn station Stötteritz, operated by the S1, S2 and S3, with which you are even in 10 minutes at the Leipzig Markt (inner city).
In direkter Umgebung sind das Stötteritzer Wäldchen (100m) sowie Bäcker und Supermärkte (500m) und auch der direkte Anschluss zur S-Bahn Station Stötteritz, bedient von der S1, S2 und S3, mit denen man sogar in 10 Minuten am Leipzig Markt (Innenstadt) ist.
The WG roommates are Clara (23) and Nele (21). Clara studies veterinary medicine, Nele Biochemistry. Both are very nice, thoughtful roommates. If time is allowed, we often talk spontaneously or do small WG trips. At the same time, it's all right if you need more time for yourself. Everything can, nothing has to.
Overall, we are rather a quiet, relaxed WG.
We wish you to be neat (there is a cleaning plan), have interest in WG life and also with my Möbiliar carefully circumvented. :

Die WG-Mitbewohnerinnen sind Clara (23) und Nele (21). Clara studiert Tiermedizin, Nele Biochemie. Beide sind sehr nette, rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerinnen. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, quatschen wir oft spontan oder unternehmen kleine WG-Ausflüge. Zugleich ist es auch völlig in Ordnung, wenn du eher Zeit für dich brauchst. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Insgesamt sind wir eher eine ruhige, entspannte WG.
Wir wünschen uns von dir, dass du ordentlich bist (es gibt einen Putzplan), Interesse am WG-Leben hast und auch mit meinem Möbiliar umsichtig umgehst. :)
Genug der langen Rede: Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib sehr gerne, stelle dich ein bisschen vor und beantworte mir doch noch gleich die Frage, ob du Nutella eher mit oder ohne Butter drunter magst. ;)

The costs are 360,-€ hot (incl. Internet) + 21,-€ additional costs (eco electricity and GEZ, running over me).
A total of 381,-€/month.
It is important to me to make a sub-rental contract and to raise a small deposit of 400,-€. Of course, the deposit will be returned at the end of the sub-rent when the furniture is in good condition. :
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 360,-€ warm (inkl. Internet) + 21,-€ Nebenkosten (Öko-Strom und GEZ, läuft über mich).
Insgesamt also 381,-€/ Monat.
Mir ist es wichtig, einen Untermietvertrag zu machen und eine kleine Kaution von 400,-€ zu erheben. Die Kaution gibt es natürlich am Ende der Untermiete bei gutem Zustand der Möbel wieder zurück. :)
