Moving to the fifth floor was not easy, at that time we made a conscious decision to move away from the noise. The neighborhood in the house is friendly and quiet. There are many couples and a few families and dogs. But now we have a beautiful view, no more street noise and wonderful sunshine almost all year round. Both kitchen and bathroom are fortunately equipped with a window.
Big room
From the biggest room you look above our neighborhood.
You can use the furniture that's already here, or we can take it all out and you set it up from scratch :)
We can discuss the specified rental period together!
Parallel to the apartment runs the Karli, where you can find cafes, cinemas and small stores with multicultural offers. In a few minutes you can reach Lidl, Konsum, Rewe and some Spätis. Whatever your gut is calling for, you can find it around the corner!
With the tram lines 9, 10 and 11 from Karl-Liebknecht-Straße you can travel to the different parts of the city every ten minutes (bus lines 60, 70, 74 and 89 also go in the same directions). Practical: Five minutes on foot and you are in the "Südlicher Auenwald" the local recreation area. Next to the Pleiße and Weißen Elster you will also find cozy places to relax.
If you are looking for another time out, you can find Clara- Zetkin- Park and Fockeberg, many other small parks and lots of ice cream parlors.
``Wherever people come together, racism, sexism, queer and trans hostility play a role. If we make an effort and develop measures, we can create a racism-sensitive space, i.e. an environment that is attentive to the various forms of racism.`` (Karim Fereidooni)
We try to keep our sexism in check and expect you to do the same. No classist, anti-Semitic, racist and transmisic attitudes.
A trip to the lake, exploring the nearest flea market, viewing the next great exhibition, or just chill with a book, is what we do. There is nothing wrong with flat-sharing parties as long as they are organized in consultation with everyone. Friends are welcome as long as they respect each other's quiet times. We attach great importance to a good atmosphere; our home should be a safe, feel-good place.
There are currently two girls living here who enjoy movie nights, cooking together sometimes, also know when someone needs their peace.
Especially during the week, we are considerate of our neighbors and don't do any wall repairs or sound checks after 10 p.m. at the latest.
Interest in an environmentally friendly home is very welcome.
In order to maintain harmony in the shared flat, it would be great if you could ask yourself whether it is normal for you to always clean the bathtub, toilet or shower.
Glad you read to the end, feel free to write me a message with the word *hedgehog*. Of course I'm also happy if you tell me something about yourself!
(e.g. What brings you to Leipzig and how long you would like to live with us).
I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we vibe!
