Cosy room in 3 WG in the southern suburb Gemütliches Zimmer in 3er WG in der Südvorstadt

The location of the WG is unbeatable in the beautiful southern suburb! The Karli (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.) can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot, where there are numerous cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities as well as a tram connection (Line 10 and 11) to the city centre. Also by bike you are in the center and at the university. In addition, you only need 5 minutes to stop buses 60 and 74. In the apartment itself it is still quiet because it lies in a side street and there is not much traffic. The Clara Park is also only minutes away. Here you can go for great walks or meet in summer for barbecue etc.

The apartment itself is located on the first floor in a beautiful old building, in which many other WGs also live. The neighbors are very relaxed and it is relatively quiet in the house.

Die Lage der WG ist unschlagbar in der schönen Südvorstadt! In nur 2 min zu Fuß erreicht man die Karli (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.), wo es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Tram-Anbindung (Linie 10 und 11) in die Innenstadt gibt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell im Zentrum und bei der Uni. Zudem braucht man nur 5 Minuten zu den Haltstellen der Busse 60 und 74. In der Wohnung selbst ist es dennoch ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße liegt und dort nicht viel Verkehr ist. Auch zum Clara-Park sind es nur wenige Minuten. Hier kann man super Spazierengehen oder sich im Sommer zum Grillen etc. treffen.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt im ersten Obergeschoss in einem schönen Altbau, in dem auch viele andere WGs wohnen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt und es ist insgesamt relativ ruhig im Haus.

Who are we?
I'll give you my room together with my two wonderful roommates Jannik and Till.
Till, 22, likes to do sports and enjoys playing in the opera, theatre and music life of Leipzig, if he is not on his own with the Uniorchester. He has a Bachelor in Music and always has a melody on his lips. In addition, he often provides good music with his piano in the WG. He is now studying energy, building and environmental technology at HTWK. Even when cooking, he is always with him and loves to try recipes of all kinds from his cookbooks. He also likes to be thrilled with a jogging round.
Jannik, 26, is also always for a sports unit to have and is super happy and much on the go. Whether for volleyball in the park, for concerts or for a relaxed gaming evening. He studies medicine and volunteers at an association to educate organ donations. Jannik also says no to a cooking evening with good wine and food.

Since we live together we have had super many beautiful cooking evenings together, great conversations on the sofa or in the kitchen, grilled in the park, spent days at the lake, attended concerts and also hosted one or other WG celebrations. We would be very happy if you want to live an active WG.
Nevertheless, we are concerned that everyone has free space for themselves and of course everyone has their own dates and is not always and every time at the start.
We place a great deal of emphasis on open communication, the well-being in the WG has a great value for us and everyone should feel at home. For us there is also a cleaning plan that brings a certain degree of order and cleanliness.

Wer sind wir überhaupt :D
Ich überlasse dir mein Zimmer zusammen mit meinen zwei wunderbaren Mitbewohnern Jannik und Till.
Till, 22, macht gerne Sport und tummelt sich im Opern-, Theater- und Musikleben von Leipzig, wenn er nicht grade selbst mit dem Uniorchester unterwegs ist. Er hat einen Bachelor in Musikwissenschaften und hat immer eine Melodie auf den Lippen. Außerdem sorgt er mit seinem Klavier in der WG öfter mal für gute Musik. Inzwischen studiert er Energie-, Gebäude- und Umwelttechnik an der HTWK. Auch beim Kochen ist er immer mit dabei und liebt es, Rezepte aller Art aus seinen Kochbüchern auszuprobieren. Außerdem lässt er sich gerne für eine Joggingrunde begeistern.
Jannik, 26, ist ebenfalls immer für eine Sporteinheit zu haben und super gerne und viel unterwegs. Egal ob zum Volleyball im Park, auf Konzerten oder bei einem entspannten Spieleabend. Er studiert Medizin und engagiert sich ehrenamtlich bei einem Verein zur Aufklärung von Organspenden. Auch Jannik sagt zu einem Kochabend mit gutem Wein und Essen nicht nein.

Seit wir zusammen wohnen haben wir super viele schöne Kochabende zusammen gehabt, tolle Gespräche auf dem Sofa oder in der Küche geführt, im Park gegrillt, Tage am See verbracht, Konzerte besucht und auch die ein oder andere WG-Feier veranstaltet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du auch Lust auf ein aktives WG Leben hast.
Trotzdem sind wir darauf bedacht, dass jeder auch Freiraum für sich hat und natürlich hat auch jeder seine eigenen Termine und ist nicht immer und jeder Zeit am Start.
Wir legen viel Wert auf offene Kommunikation, das Wohlfühlen in der WG hat bei uns einen großen Stellenwert und jeder sollte sich zuhause fühlen. Für uns gehört dazu auch ein Putzplan, der ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit bringt.

Since I gave you the room furnished and also the apartment itself has a deposit I would take a deposit (750€).
Other costs include electricity, internet and 50 € subsistence fee (from home administration)

Da ich dir das Zimmer möbliert übergebe und auch die Wohnung selbst eine Kaution hat würde ich eine Kaution (750€) nehmen.
Die Sonstigen Kosten sind Strom, Internet und 50 € Untermietpauschale (von der Hausverwaltung)
