Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront mit 2 Doppelfenstern. Es ist länglich geschnitten und hat durch das Bücherregal eine gute Raumtrennung zwischen der gemütlichen Schlafecke & dem Arbeits-/Chillbereich. Auf der Couch kann man wunderbar lesen oder über die Anlage Musik lauschen.

The room has a big window pane, which makes it really light and welcoming. It has a longish shape, divided by the book-shelf, which splits it into a cozy sleeping area and a work/chillout area. The couch invides to reading or enjoying some music.
Mitten in der wunderschönen Südvorstadt hat man alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto & Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür, zu S-Bahn-Station MDR ist es auch nicht weit. Die Karli mit all ihren Verlockungen (Kneipen, Restaurants, Läden aller Art) ist direkt um die Ecke.

Right in the middle of the beautiful Südvorstadt district you‘ll find anything you need just nearby. Grocery stores are in a 5 minutes walking distance. The tram stops right in front of the house, the local train stops at MDR (10 minutes walking). Famous „Karli“ with all its pubs, restaurants & tiny shops is just around the corner.
Du wirst mit Kathi (34), Eric (25) und einer weiteren Person, die wir gerade noch suchen, zusammen leben. Kathi studiert Management & Organization Studies und arbeitet als Personalerin. Sie ist sehr sportbegeistert, macht gerne kreative Dinge und ist ein Leipziger Urgestein. Eric studiert Soziale Arbeit, spielt Fußball und liest sehr begeistert.
Wir führen ein sehr freundschaftliches und harmonisches WG-Leben, unternehmen gerne was zusammen (kochen, Sport, quatschen, feiern…) und nehmen auch aufeinander Rücksicht und beachten die Privatsphäre des anderen.

You‘ll share the flat with Kathi (34), Eric (25) and another person which we are about to find currently. Kathi is studiying Management & Organization Studies, loves sporty and creative activities and is born and raised in Leipzig. Eric is studying Social Work, plays football and enjoys classic literature.
We have a really harmonic and friendship-based co-living. We like to cook together, have a chat in the kitchen, do sports together or go partying. Nevertheless, we naturally respect each others privacy.
