Das Zimmer ist groß und Musiker*innen können sich gerne am E-Piano austoben. Aus dem Fenster blickt man auf das Leuchtschild der Löffelfamilie. Morgens steht die Sonne auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung (beim Balkon) und abends hat man wunderschöne Abendsonne im Zimmer. Es wäre super, wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest.
Genau genommen Zentrum Süd, viele Bars und Restaurants sowie Denkmal genau gegenüber (Leuchtreklame aus DDR Zeiten).
Mein Mitbewohner Jaloud ist sehr lieb und sozial, ruhig, angenehm und ordentlich. Er ist berufstätig (IT) und oft im Homeoffice. Am liebsten starten wir in den Tag mit Kaffee in der Sonne auf unserem Balkon.
