The WG is located in the charming Bülowviertel – a quiet residential area with nice neighbors: the legendary Bülowstraße Festival takes place once a year, where there are many culinary delights and you will find a small stage with music and offers from local initiatives. Several parks are within walking distance and invite you to walk, sports activities or simply relax in the green. At the same time you will find the area around the railway road in close proximity. Here you will find various nice cafés, dining options, bars and cultural offers, such as the East Passage Theatre (cinema, readings, theatre, podcast). You can find both hustle and rest here.
The central location is another big plus: You are quickly in the city centre and the main railway station is easy to reach.
All people in our house are nice and the landlord too.
There are 3 different road stops nearby (between 2 and 8 minutes). To the city centre it needs approx. 15 minutes and also with the bike.
Various shopping facilities and Lateis are right around the corner.

Die WG befindet sich im charmanten Bülowviertel – eine ruhige Wohngegend mit nette Nachbar:innen, einmal im Jahr findet das legendäre Bülowstraßenfest statt, auf dem es viele kulinarische Köstlichkeiten gibt und du u.a. eine kleine Bühne mit Musik und Angebote von lokalen Initiativen findest. Mehrere Parks sind fußläufig erreichbar und laden ein zum Spazieren gehen, sportlichen Aktivitäten oder um einfach im Grünen zu entspannen. Gleichzeitig findest du in unmittelbarer Nähe die Gegend rund um die Eisenbahnstraße. Hier findest du verschiedene nette Cafés, Essensmöglichkeiten, Bars und kulturelle Angebote, wie z.B. das Ostpassage-Theater (Kino, Lesungen, Theater, Podcast). Du findest hier sowohl Trubel als auch Ruhe.
Die zentrale Lage ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Du bist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist bequem zu erreichen.
Alle Menschen in unserem Haus sind nett und der Vermieter ebenfalls.
Es befinden sich 3 verschiedene Straßenbahhaltestellen in der Nähe (zwischen 2 und 8 Minuten entfernt). Zum Stadtzentrum braucht es mit dem ÖPNV ca. 15 Minuten und mit dem Rad ebenfalls.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spätis sind direkt um die Ecke.

Hey, I'm Julia (they), 34 years old and wish me a warm, open, mindful and trusting coexistence. I like to share with each other the small and great challenges of everyday life and share experiences. Whether cooking together, enjoying time on the balcony, sharing films, series, documentary and books – I look forward to a nice time together.
I studied special education and currently work at the University of Leipzig in various research projects. So I have a certain day routine. Since my job often asks me and I also act honoraryly, I sometimes like to relax in my room.
You will find a place for good conversations as well as plenty of free space for you.
I like it when it's clean, but I'm not overpenible either.
For our common WG time, we can then simply discuss together how we both imagine living together and what needs there are – much is conceivable.

Hey, ich bin Julia (sie/ihr), 34 Jahre alt und wünsche mir ein herzliches, offenes, rücksichts- und vertrauensvolles Zusammenleben. Ich mag es mich über die kleinen und großen Herausforderungen des Alltags miteinander auszutauschen und Erlebnisse zu teilen. Ob gemeinsam kochen, zusammen Zeit auf dem Balkon genießen, sich über Filme, Serien, Dokus- und Bücher austauschen – ich freue mich auf eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit.
Ich habe „Lehramt Sonderpädagogik“ studiert und arbeite aktuell an der Universität Leipzig in verschiedenen Forschungsprojekten. Somit habe ich eine gewisse Tagesroutine. Da mich mein Job öfters fordert und ich mich auch noch ehrenamtlich engagiere, entspanne ich auch manchmal gern in meinem Zimmer.
Du findest hier sowohl einen Ort für gute Gespräche als auch genügend Freiraum für Dich.
Ich mag es, wenn es sauber ist, bin aber auch nicht überpenibel.
Für unsere gemeinsame WG-Zeit können wir dann ja einfach gemeinsam besprechen, wie wir beide uns das Zusammenleben vorstellen und welche Bedürfnisse es gibt –vieles ist denkbar.
