Our dream apartment is located in the attic of a renovated old building and extends over 110 m2 with beautiful open dining/kitchen/living area. We also have a balcony, two bathrooms and our three WG rooms. The wonderfully quiet courtyard WG room is about 14m2 large, it is equipped with everything you need (bed, desk, dresser, dressing bar, dessert) and through the roof windows it is beautifully bright and gives your plants the extra portion of sunlight. The 500 € rent are tutto completei everything in everything. :)

Thanks to the great community area, the time we chill in our rooms is more limited. But if the door is closed, no one will mind.

Die 500 € Miete sind tutto kompletti alles in allem. :)

Durch den tollen Gemeinschaftsbereich hält sich die Zeit, die wir in unseren Zimmern chillen, eher in Grenzen. Wenn aber mal die Tür zu ist, stört das auch niemanden.

Niklas promoviert am Umweltforschungszentrum. Ansonsten ist er oft auf Flohmärkten, in Bars, beim Pubquiz oder mit Freund:innen unterwegs.
Wir sind sehr gut befreundet und durch die offene Gestaltung der Wohnung hängen wir auch viel zusammen ab, ob beim Kochen, gemeinsamen Serie schauen auf unserem Beamer oder auch gerne außerhalb der WG.
Wir teilen uns den üblichen WG-Kram. Solltest Du darauf auch Lust haben - wunderbar. Eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation, sowie ein liebevolles und respektvolles Miteinander sind uns sehr wichtig. Und gerade weil wir uns so gut verstehen, ist uns bei allem gemeinsamen Spaß natürlich auch Rücksichtnahme auf Arbeitszeiten, Ruhe etc. wichtig.
Da wir beide berufstätig sind, ist die WG unser Rückzugsort, in dem Freund:innen willkommen sind, aber die Party gerne außerhalb stattfinden kann!
