Hello,

There are 2 rooms available for rent. Elli is travelling half a year and Toto is also for a month. That means you're gonna get another person.

1st room: June- end of October (5months), if necessary Longer, 17 sqm, 290€, two windows south, furnished

2nd room: For the month of June, 19 sqm, 320 €hell, riching south, furnished




The room has plenty of light, plenty of space and high ceilings (with stucco:))
We have a large daylight bath with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating :-)
And also a kitchen & a large balcony in the green :)

Behind the house is a garden that is used together by the house community:) here you can lie in the hammock in beautiful weather and make location fire.

Behind the house is a garden, which is used by the house community together:) here you can lie in the hammock in good weather and make a campfire.

Location

We live in the small Bülowviertel at the end of the railway road. Here it is quiet and cozy and right around the corner are the railway road, many parks, shopping (with weekly market right around the corner) and tram stops. In everyday life, everything is necessary on foot or even better to reach with fem bike.
Nearby there are also many restaurants, bistros and kiosks:) There is also a lot to offer about the railway road with a theatre, warehouse projects & great pubs & a lot of places with a lot of Küfa. The social goods department store is also a small highlight around the corner.


We live in the small Bülowviertel at the end of Eisenbahnstraße. Here it is quiet and cozy and just around the corner are the railway road, many parks, supermarkets(with weekly market just around the corner) and tramstops. Everything you need for everyday life is within easy walking distance or even better by bike.
There are lots of restaurants, bistros and kiosks nearby :) There is so a lot of culture to offer around Bahnstrasse with a theater, store & great pubs & lots of places with solidarity kitchen. The social second hand store is thus a lil highlight around the corner.

WG life

You will first live with Olli & Lisa, after a while you will come back toto:

Olli (24, all pronouns) studies geography and then works in the ice cream parlour around the corner, likes to stroll through raven gardens and everywhere, goes to the raven skating or into the pub :) otherwise they are also much politically traveling & at home like to solve at the crochet & Sudokus & Read books


At Lisa (they) the seriousness of her life begins because she will enter into working life. In the summer of 2024, Lisa finished her training as an ergotherapist and has been here ever since. Lisa is on the go for any chick, and probably you will encounter her every time with another hair color. Lisa can't wait for the spring to come and visit Olli in the ice cream parlour. In her free time, Lisa faculties with a book in the sun or tries on different creative projects

With you, another person will move in, which we will also get to know.


Our WG life is friendly and sweet. We are looking forward to the coffee/tea in the kitchen or relaxing evenings on the balcony:) We cook and eat together when it turns out & then like to sit a bit longer in the kitchen. Spontan we also do things together with the WG and we are happy to do things together every day and meet us randomly on the street :) We wish to have a loving and solidarity and also discrimination-sensitive housing community

In her free time, Lisa lazes in the sun with a book or tries her hand at various creative projects

Our shared flat life is friendly and sweet. We enjoy chatting over coffee/tea in the kitchen or relaxing evenings on the balcony:) We cook and eat together when it comes up & then like to sit in the kitchen a little longer. Spontaneously we so do things together with and we are happy to do everyday things together and to meet each other by chance on the street :) We want a loving and supportive flat share that is so sensitive to discrimination

Hallo hallo,

Bei uns werden 2 Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Elli ist ein halbes Jahr reisen und Toto auch für einen Monat. Das heißt mit dir wird noch eine weitere Person einziehen.

1.Zimmer: Juni- Ende Oktober (5Monate), ggf. Länger, 17 qm, 290€, zwei Fenster Richtung Süden, möbliert

2. Zimmer: Für den Monat Juni, 19 qm, 320 €hell, richting süden, möbliert





Das Zimmer hat viel Licht, viel Platz und Hohe Decken (mit Stuck:))
Wir haben ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Fußbodenheizung :-)
Und auch eine Küche & einen großen Balkon ins Grüne :)

Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten, der von der Hausgemeinschaft zusammen genutzt wird:) hier kann man bei schönem Wetter in der Hängematte liegen und Lagefeuer machen.

Lage

Wir wohnen im kleinen Bülowviertel am Ende der Eisenbahnstraße. Hier ist es ruhig und gemütlich und direkt um die Ecke sind die Eisenbahnstraße, viele Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mit Wochenmarkt direkt um die Ecke) und Tramhaltestellen. Im Alltag ist alles nötige gut zu Fuß oder noch besser mit fem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch hanz viele Restaurants, Bistros und Kiosks:) Auch Kulturtechnisch gibt es um die eisenbahnstrasse ganz viel zu bieten mit einem Theater,Ladenprojekten & tollen Kneipen & ganz viele Orte mit ganz viel Küfa. Auch das Sozialwarenkaufhaus ist ein kl Highlight um die Ecke.

WG-Leben

Zusammenwohnen wirst du erstmal mit Olli & Lisa, nach einer Weile kommt dann toto auch wieder zurück:

Olli (24, alle pronomen) studiert Geografie und arbeitet dann noch in der Eisdiele um die Ecke, schlendert gerne durch Schrebergärten und überhaupt überall rum, geht ins Rabet Skaten oder in die Kneipe :) sonst ist they auch viel politisch unterwegs & zuhause gerne am häkeln & Sudokus lösen & Bücher lesen^.^


Bei Lisa (sie/ihr) beginnt demnäst der Ernst ihres Lebens, denn sie wird ins Arbeitsleben einsteigen. Im Sommer 2024 hat Lisa ihre Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin beendet und war seitdem mal hier mal da. Lisa ist auf jeglichen Küfas unterwegs und vermutlich wirst du sie jedesmal mit eine andere Haarfarbe antreffen. Lisa kann es kaum erwarten, dass der Frühling kommt und sie bei Olli in der Eisdiele zu Besuch kommen kann. In ihrer Freien Zeit faulenz Lisa mit einem Buch in der Sonne oder versucht sich an unterschiedlichen kreativen Projekten
.


Mit dir wird eine weitere Person einziehe, welche wir auch neu kennenlernen werden.


Unser WG Leben ist freund*innenschaftlich und lieb. Wir freuen uns über Plauderein beim Kaffee/Tee in der Küche oder entspannte Abende auf dem Balkon:) Wir kochen und essen gemeinsam wenn es sich ergibt & bleiben dann gern noch ein bisschen länger in der Küche sitzen . Spontan unternehmen wir auch Sachen gemeinsam mit der WG und wir freuen uns alltagsdinge gemeinsam zu tun und uns zufällig auf der Straße zu begegnen :) Wir wünschen uns eine liebe und solidarische und auch diskriminierungssensible Wohngemeinschaft
