Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, wird unmöbliert übergeben und hat ein Fenster zur Eisenbahnstraße. Zwar nach Norden, ist das Zimmer aufgrund der Lage im vierten Stock recht hell.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer mag klein erscheinen, die Wohnung ist dafür umso größer: Mit großem Wohnzimmer, drei Bädern mit Badewannen und Fenstern in unterschiedliche Himmelsrichtungen und zwei Küchen (eine bauen wir gerade noch), gibt es genug Raum, sich über das Zimmer hinaus bequem in der Wohnung aufzuhalten.
The room has a window towards Eisenbahnstraße and goes without furtinure, you have enough space to express yourself by making it comfortable! Although the room is small, the apartment is not: There is a big living room, three bathrooms (each has a bathtub) and two kitchens (one to be build yet).
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Eisenbahnstraße in der Nähe der Haltestelle Hermann-Liebmann-Straße und inmitten von unzähligen Supermärkten, Bistros, KüFas und einigen Bars. Man ist schnell im Rabet, Elsapark und Mariannenpark und mit der Tram (1, 3, 8) und dem Bus (70er) überall sonst in Leipzig.
The flat is located on Eisenbahnstraße close to the train stop Hermann-Liebmann-Straße. You will find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars, there are several parks close by, and the train (1, 3, 8) or bus (70) will bring you to all the other parts of Leipzig.
Seit 2015 wohnen wir zu viert, seit diesem Januar zu siebt in mittlerweile zwei zusammengelegten Wohnungen.Dabei sind Rebecca, Susa, Yara, Simon, Vincent und Hannes, Lilli zieht aus und nach einigem Rotieren kannst du in Hannes Zimmer ziehen! Alle sind offene, nette Menschen, die unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten nachgehen und unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe haben. Es gibt eine wöchentliche Gemüsekiste von der SoLaWi Rote Beete aus dem Leipziger Umland, Essen teilen wir uns, Putzplan und WG-Küche werden optimiert. Insgesamt geht es uns um ein gemeinschaftliches, schönes Zusammenleben!
Rebecca, Yara, Susa, Simon, Vincent and Hannes are all nice and open-minded people who engage in different activities and have different daily routines. We share our food and get vegetables from a close by organic farm. We are looking for somebody who wants to live in a friendly community!
Die Kosten beinhalten die Miete, alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, etc.). GEZ und die Gemüsekiste.
Außerdem ist November schon bald, unsere Terminkalender nicht sehr kompatibel und deshalb wollen wir dich gerne Montag (22.10.) oder Dienstag (23.10.) Abend kennen lernen. Schreib uns doch, wer du bist und wann du Zeit hast, dann melden wir uns bei dir! :-)
The costs include the rent, all extras (internet, electricity, GEZ) and the vegetables from the farm.
