Das Zimmer liegt an einer Nebenstraße und hat ein Fenster Richtung Süd-Osten, durch welches Morgens und Mittags wunderbar die Sonne reinscheint. Es ist gemütliche 14 qm groß und hat alles was man braucht - ein großes Bett, Platz zum Arbeiten, einen Bereich zum Entspannen und Platz für Sport/Yoga etc.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hat ein Tageslichtbad, sowie zwei Toiletten. In der Küche ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch genug Platz um gemeinsam zu essen. Es gibt mehrere Kühlschränke und viel Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung ist mit allerlei Kunstprojekten liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt auf jeden Fall zum Wohlfühlen ein.

The room is located on a side street and has a window facing south-east, through which the sun shines wonderfully in the morning and at midday. It is a cosy 14 sqm and has everything you need - a large bed, space to work, an area to relax and space for sports/yoga etc.
The flat is very large, has a daylight bathroom and two toilets. There is enough space in the kitchen with a cosy couch to eat together. There are several fridges and plenty of storage space for food. The flat is lovingly furnished with all kinds of art projects and definitely invites you to feel at home.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur eine Haltestelle von Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Dadurch bist du sehr flexibel und super fix in allen Teilen Leipzigs. Wir haben einen seehr großen Park nur circa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, an den der Auwald angrenzt - perfekt für größere Spaziergänge und zum Zeit in der Natur verbringen. In direkter Umgebung findest du Bäcker, einen gut ausgestatteten Konsum und andere Supermärkte, allerlei Läden und einen gemütlichen Kiosk.
The flat is very centrally located, just one stop away from the main railway station. This makes you very flexible and super quick to all parts of Leipzig. We have a very large park just a 10-minute walk away, bordered by the Auwald forest - perfect for long walks and spending time in nature. In the area you will find bakeries, a well-stocked supermarket and other smaller supermarkets, all kinds of shops and a cosy kiosk.
Im Zeitraum deiner Zwischenmiete werden einige Mitbewohner*innen verreist sein und andere Zwischenmieter*innen hier leben, weshalb sich das WG Leben vollkommen neu gestalten wird. Dadurch kannst du mit neuen Leuten genau so in der WG leben, wie es für euch passt.
During your interim tenancy, some flatmates will be away and other interim tenants will be living here, so life in the shared flat will be completely different. This means you can live with new people in the shared flat exactly as it suits you.
Wenn du Lust hast für den Zeitraum mit anderen Freund*innen zusammen hier einzuziehen gib mir super gerne Bescheid! Es stehen in dem Zeitraum insgesamt 3 Zimmer zu Verfügung, also perfekt für eine Freundesgruppe, die Lust hat gemeinsam zu Leben.
Die Kaution für das Zimmer habe ich anhand von 3 Kaltmieten berechnet. Wenn du dir das nicht leisten kannst komm richtig gerne auf mich zu, dann können wir da auch gerne nochmal drüber reden!
