Zwei schöne Zimmer wäre zu vergeben, das eine ca 14 qm für ungefähr 350 € ink. aller Nebenkosten. Das größere Zimmer hat ca 20 qm und wäre deshalb für ungefähr 480 € ink. aller Nebenkosten zu haben. Die ganze Wohnung wurde gerade sehr schön saniert, die Küche und das Bad sind neu. Überall liegt schönes Parkett.
Die Straßenbahn fährt quasi vor der Tür ab.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist besonders gut zu erreichen, aber auch Uni und die Karli sind nicht zu weit weg.
Ich selbst fange zu diesem Semester in Leipzig an Medizin zu studieren. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass man sich untereinander gut versteht und vielleicht auch mal was zu unternehmen. Es handelt sich also nicht um eine Zwecks-WG :)
