At 01.06.25 a sweet room is released in our 3rd WG in the Leipzig East.
Since throughout the year all the roommates: pull out, ✨du✨ can also set up your new WG or involve friends, then we can talk about it and find a cool solution.
The room, which is now free, has direct access to the terrace, a self-built high bed (can be kept) and is about 13sqm.
The apartment is a renovated old building, about 82 sqm and has a bright kitchen (with fitted kitchen), a large bright bathroom (with bathtub), a storage chamber and a basement compartment, which belongs to it.

Zum 01.06.25 wird in unserer 3er WG im Leipziger Osten ein sweetes Zimmer frei.
Da im Laufe des Jahres alle Mitbewohner:innen ausziehen, kannst ✨du✨ hier auch deine neue WG gründen oder mit Friends einziehen, darüber können wir dann gern quatschen und finden bestimmt ne coole Lösung.
Das Zimmer, das jetzt frei wird, hat direkten Zugang zur Terasse, ein selbsteingebautes Hochbett (kann gerne behalten werden) und ist ca. 13qm groß.
Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau, etwa 82qm groß und hat eine helle Küche (mit Einbauküche), ein großes helles Bad (mit Badewanne), eine Abstellkammer und ein Kellerabteil, was dazu gehört.
The tram stations Friedrich List Square and Hofmeisterstraße are around the corner and through the proximity to the Hbf and to the university the apartment is nicely connected. Café Pfusch is also almost next door and therefore good coffee guaranteed ☕️
Die Tramstationen Friedrich List Platz und Hofmeisterstraße sind um die Ecke und durch die Nähe zum Hbf und zur Uni ist die Wohnung nice angebunden. Auch das Café Pfusch ist quasi nebenan und somit guter Kaffee garantiert ☕️
