The room includes a double size bed in the size: 160 x 200 cm. The matrace has 7 regions comfort. There is also a cuboard, a table, a chair and a carpet. Everything is in the colours you see on the pictures.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön geschnitten. Der dunkle Laminatfußboden und die hellen Altbautüren geben ihm den passenden Look für ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus.
Im Zimmer steht: ein Bett: 160 x 200 cm (mit 7 Zonen Matratze), ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch,ein Stuhl und ein Teppich.
The apartment is close to the city centre. A tram station is in front of our house. To walk to the university takes 10 minutes. We also have a lot of supermarktes like: Netto, Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür, zwei Haltestellen sind es bis zum Augustusplatz (hier befindet sich auch die Uni), drei bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch zu Fuß ist beides bequem
in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Netto, Rewe, Kaufland, Rossmann und diverse Bäcker sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Lene-Voigt-Park lädt in Sichtweite zum Entspannen ein, der Friedenspark lässt sich mit dem Rad auch innerhalb von 5 min erreichen.
In our apartement lives Karolina(w35), Karthick (m28) and I (Mirco, m38). Karolina is from Poland, works here and enjoy her live with us, Karthick is from India and works as an ingenieur and i'm from Germany and study biology.
We have a cleaning plan in our apartment, so kitchen and bathroom are clean all the time. Sometimes we cook together or have a long breakfast on the weekend. Sometimes we share hobbies like running, playing board games or going out together.
In unserer Wg leben Karolina(w35), Karthick(m28) und ich (Mirco, m38). Karolina ist aus Polen ,arbeitet hier und genießt ihr Leben (mit uns :). Karthick ist aus Indien und arbeitet in Leipzig als Ingenieur. Ich studiere Biologie in Halle.
In unserer WG haben wir einen Putzplan, bei dem man alle 2 Wochen Küche oder Bäder sauber macht. So ist es bei uns grundsäzlich ordentlich.
Die WG ist keine reine Zweck-WG. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam, manchmal wird man zum Essen eingeladen und manchmal Spielen wir auch was zusammen.
Es wird aber auch von allen akzeptiert, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte und einfach die Zimmertür zu macht. Wer also ein gesundes Maß an Miteinander sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig. :-)
Unser Haus bietet eine Menge Abwechslung:
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich die Rumpelkammer und die Kultur Lounge. Möchte man mal ein Bier trinken gehen, dann braucht man nur die Treppen hinab zu steigen. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit an Geselleschaftsspieleabenden oder Pokerabenden teilzunehmen. Am Wochenende finden in der Kulturlounge Konzerte oder Theatervorstellungen statt, die kostenlos besucht werden können. Da wir unter dem Dach wohnen, hört man von den Veranstaltungen gar nichts.
Das Haus ist vollgepackt mit Studenten Wg's, sodass sich auch Wg übergreifend Kontakte schlißen lassen.
Im Hinterhof befindet sich der Garten, der nach Absprache auch zum Grillen genutz werden kann.
Our house offers a lot of variety:
On the ground floor there is the Rumpelkammer and the Kultur Lounge. If you want to have a beer, you only have to go down the stairs. In addition, there is the possibility to participate in social game evenings or poker evenings. On weekends, there are concerts or theater performances in the culture lounge, which can be attended free of charge. Since we live under the roof, you don't hear anything about the events.
The house is packed with students living in shared flats, so it is also possible to make contacts across flats.
In the backyard is the garden, which can also be used for barbecues by arrangement.
