Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Philipp-Rosenthal-Straße aus und suche nach einer Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß und rechteckig, es kommt einem sogar fast größer vor. Durch 4 große Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell. Zu der Miete kommen keine Nebenkosten hinzu, Strom, Heizung und sogar Internet ist alles mit inbegriffen.
Das Zimmer ist außerdem bereits möbiliert. Bett, Schreibtisch und zwei große Schränke sind vorhanden.
Looking for a new tenant for my Room in the student residence at Phillip-Rosenthal-Straße.
The room is 14 m² and rectangular so the space can easily be utilized. The room is bright due to the 4 large windows. The full rent is 265€/month. This includes heating, electricity and even internet. The room is also ready furnished with a bed, a desk, a large wardrobe, and a shelf.
Das Zimmer ist super gelegen. Bahn und Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.
Rewe ist 2 minuten Fußweg entfernt (In Sichtweite vom Wohnheim), Edeka und Konsum in etwa 5 Minuten mit Bahn / Fahrrad / zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ein Studentenclub und eine Mensa sind im selben Gebäude. Die Fakultäten für Chemie und Mineralogie und die Fakultät für Physik und Geowissenschaften sind direkt gegenüber. Der schöne Friedenspark und der Botanische Garten sind direkt nebenan. In die Innenstadt und zum Hauptcampus kommt man in 10 minuten mit der Bahn oder Fahrrad. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 5-10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen.
The room is very well situated. Stops for bus and tram are right outside the door.
Rewew is 2 minutes by foot (literally visible from the student residence), Edeka and Konsum grocery stores are about 5 minutes away by Tram / bike / foot.
A studentclub and a cafeteria are in the same building. The Faculties for Chemistry, Mineralogy and Physics are next door. The Friedenspark and Botanical Garden are right next door. City centre and university are about 10 min by tram or bike, central station about 5-10 min.
Da es eine 2er WG ist, sieht das zukünftige WG-Leben so aus, wie du es gestalten möchtest. Dein Mitbewohner ist Mohamed. Er ist nett, unkompliziert.
Ansonsten findet man durch den Studentenclub 'Destille' im selben Gebäude leicht Anschluss.
Since it is only a 2 person flat, you can easily arrange yourself with your roommate however you like. His name is Mohamed, he is friendly and approachable.
In the student club 'Destille' in the same building it is easy to meet new people.
