I'm looking for a post-rent (unfortunately only female, is prescribed by student work) for my room in a 4 WG. The room is furnished, but there is the possibility to build the bed apart and buy a larger one. As I did:)
The apartment is large and cozy, is also kept clean. Apart from the location (all possible tram connections and shopping facilities) and the price, there is still a huge advantage. Lovely and uncomplicated roommates:

Luise is almost at the end of her law studies and Sophia studies African Studies in the 4th semester.
I would love to stay here, but I have to give up my room because you can't live in the student residence for more than 6 years

A post-rental must be a new induction, NO moving within student residences. You may not have a contract with the Studentenwerk Leipzig at the conclusion of the contract. The post-doctor must be a student in Leipzig (the following universities are eligible: University of Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst). Please note that doctoral students, doctoral students and lecturers do not have a residence permit.
The house has an elevator but is not accessible😔

Ich suche eine Nachmieterin (leider nur weiblich, ist vom Studentenwerk vorgeschrieben) für mein Zimmer in einer 4er WG. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt allerdings die Möglichkeit, das Bett auseinander zu bauen und sich ein größeres zu kaufen. So wie ich es gemacht hab:)
Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich, wird auch sauber gehalten. Abgesehen von der Lage (alle möglichen Straßenbahn Verbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und dem Preis, gibt es noch einen Riesenvorteil. Nämlich liebe und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerinnen:
Marie macht Master in Sportwissenschaften
Luise ist fast am Ende ihres Jura Studiums und Sophia studiert im 4. Semester Afrikanistik.
Ich würde liebend gern auch weiterhin hier bleiben, muss aber mein Zimmer aufgeben, weil man nicht länger als 6 Jahre im Studentenwonheim wohnen darf🙈

Eine Nachmieterin muss ein Neueinzug sein, KEIN Umzug innerhalb Studentenwohnheime. Du darfst bei Vertragsabschluss keinen Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig haben. Die Nachmieterin muss Studentin in Leipzig sein (folgende Hochschulen kommen in Frage: Universität Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst). Bitte beachten, dass Promotionsstudierende/PhD, Doktoranden und Referendariar*innen keine Wohnberechtigung haben.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl ist aber nicht Barrierefrei😔
