Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich, wird auch sauber gehalten. Abgesehen von der Lage (alle möglichen Straßenbahn Verbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und dem Preis, gibt es noch einen Riesenvorteil. Nämlich liebe und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerinnen:

Bitte beachten, dass Promotionsstudierende/PhD, Doktoranden und Referendariar*innen keine Wohnberechtigung haben.
