The apartment is very centrally located, directly on the campus Jahnallee :)
In 4 min you can walk at the stop
Marschnerstraße (line 1, 2 and 14) and in about 8 minutes you can visit the Waldplatz (line 3, 4, 7, 8, and 15).
Those who like to walk are already in Clara Park or Johanna Park in about 5-10 minutes!
Nearby there is a consumption (about 8 min walk) and an aldi (about 10 min).

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nämlich direkt am Campus Jahnallee :)
In 4 min ist man zu Fuß an der Haltestelle
Marschnerstraße (Linie 1, 2 und 14) und in ca 8 min ist man am Waldplatz (Linie 3, 4, 7, 8, und 15).
Wer gerne spazieren geht, ist in ca 5-10 minuten schon im Clara Park oder im Johanna Park!
In der Nähe gibt es einen Konsum (ca 8 min zu Fuß) und einen Aldi (ca 10 min).

You'd live with Manuel. He studies law and soon performs, likes to go to the opera and loves Oskar movies. Generally, he is more quiet - so no party-WG tends.
The best way to get past a drink :)

Du würdest zusammen mit Manuel leben. Er studiert Jura und macht bald Examen, geht gern die Oper und liebt Oskar-Filme. Generell ist er eher etwas ruhiger - also tendenziell keine Party-WG.
Am besten kommst du einfach mal auf nen Getränk vorbei :)

Since it is a living room, there are unfortunately some points that must be met:
- male
- no contract with the Studentenwerk Leipzig may exist at the conclusion of the contract (so no transfer from another residence is possible)
- immatriculated at the University of Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA,
Business College or College of Graphics and Book Art) (no doctoral students/PhD, doctoral students and lecturers:innen)

The minimum rental period would then be until 30.09.
The move is theoretically possible 6 weeks after we have agreed. So the date is not fixed yet.

Da es sich um ein Wohnheimzimmer handelt, gibt es leider einige Punkte die erfüllt sein müssen:
- männlich
- bei Vertragsabschluss darf kein Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig bestehen (also kein Umzug von einem anderen Wohnheim möglich)
- immatrikuliert an Universität Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA,
Handelshochschule oder Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst) (keine Promotionsstudierende/PhD, Doktoranden und Referendariar:innen)

Schreib gerne, was dir an einer WG wichtig ist und was du sonst noch so erzählen magst :)
Die Mindestmietdauer wäre dann bis zum 30.09.
Der Einzug ist theoretisch 6 Wochen, nachdem wir uns geeinigt haben, möglich. Das Datum ist also noch nicht fix.
