Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, während ich im Erasmus bin. Es ist ein Altbau aber modern renoviert mit Südbalkon. Es gibt 2 Bäder und im Innenhof steht dein Fahrrad trocken.
Die Gesamtmiete (alles drin, auch Internet) sind 415€.
Bis in die Innenstadt/Uni braucht man nur 10 Minuten und schräg gegenüber gibt es Penny und Kaufland. Im Viertel gibt es auch einige Bars und Cafés und der Lene-Voigt Park ist auch um die Ecke.
In der WG wohnen Niklas (Schulbegleiter), Jonas (Student, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) und Caro (Studentin, Sportwissenschaften).
Wir sitzen gern zusammen in der Küche und quatschen, kochen ab und zu zusammen oder spielen etwas. Generell ist es bei uns relativ familiär, ein respektvoller Umgang ist uns wichtig.
Besuch ist bei uns immer willkommen, aber es ist auch wichtig, dass dann Abends Ruhe einkehrt, weil einige sehr früh aufstehen müssen.
Wichtig: wir suchen eine Frau ab 20.
Ein Kennenlernen vor Ort oder per Video-Call wäre am Montag (21.08.) möglich.
