With this room (approx. 11.2 m2) you chose the most cozy retreat in the 70 m2 apartment. The apartment was recently renovated and newly furnished (December 2024).
This means you cook not only in an almost brand new kitchen, but also have a large wardrobe with various storage options, a barely used bed and a desk with chair where you can sit and learn all night.
The apartment has a shared bathroom with shower and window, a brand new washing machine and a beautiful large balcony overlooking the backyard. The hallway is just as large and offers space for your shoes and jackets.
Your room is located to the backyard and promises a lot of peace so you can sleep or learn in a relaxed atmosphere. All three shared rooms are accessible from the hallway, so you don't have to worry about unsolicited guests. The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated old building and is accessible via two stairwells. The ceilings are beautifully high and the windows in your room make your room and the apartment nicely bright.

Mit diesem Zimmer (ca. 11,2 m²) hast du dir den gemütlichsten Rückzugsort in der 70 m² großen Wohnung ausgesucht. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und neu möbliert (Dezember 2024).
Das bedeutet, du kochst nicht nur in einer fast brandneuen Küche, sondern hast auch einen großen Kleiderschrank mit vielfältigen Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten, ein kaum benutztes Bett und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, an dem du die ganze Nacht sitzen und lernen kannst.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Fenster, eine brandneue Waschmaschine und einen schönen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Der Flur ist ebenso groß und bietet Platz für deine Schuhe und Jacken.
Dein Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und verspricht viel Ruhe, damit du in entspannter Atmosphäre ausschlafen oder lernen kannst. Alle drei Gemeinschaftszimmer sind vom Flur aus zugänglich, sodass du dir keine Sorgen um ungebetene Gäste machen musst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus und ist über zwei Treppenhäuser erreichbar. Die Decken sind schön hoch und die Fenster in Ihrem Zimmer machen Ihr Zimmer und die Wohnung schön hell.

The Dresdner street is perfect for you if you don't like to be next long
Kaufland (1 minute walk), to the next pizza shop (directly next to your WG) or to
popular library Reudnitz (1 minute walk).
Until the University of Leipzig you only need about the train (which comes every 15 minutes) 10
minutes, by bike it is about 11 minutes. So perfect for people who like to
sleep.
If you like to go jogging, it is a 5-minute walk to the next park.
The Reudnitz district offers many cafés, bars, late shops, snacks and
Shopping, which is especially perfect for young people and students.
But the apartment is so central that you can easily get anywhere.
Lage:
Die Dresdner Straße ist perfekt für dich gemacht, wenn du nicht gerne lange zum nächsten
Kaufland (1 Minute zu Fuß), zum nächsten Pizzaladen (direkt neben deiner WG) oder zur
beliebten Bibliothek Reudnitz (1 Minute zu Fuß) gehen möchtest.
Bis zur Universität Leipzig brauchst du mit der Bahn (die alle 15 Minuten kommt) nur ca. 10
Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 11 Minuten. Also perfekt für Personen, die gerne mal
verschlafen.
Falls du doch gerne joggen gehst sind es bis zum nächsten Park 5 Gehminuten.
An sich bietet der Stadtteil Reudnitz viele Cafés, Bars, Spätshops, Imbisse und
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was vor allem für junge Menschen und Studenten perfekt ist.
Die Wohnung liegt jedoch so zentral, dass du Problemlos schnell überall hinkommst.

I am moving out as my exchange work contract ends – but I am very pleased to introduce you to my great roommates (hopefully also your future!).
You will share the apartment with Dana and Joseph. Dana is cheerful, generous and very neat. She's always there for you when you need her. She comes from Venezuela and speaks Spanish, English and German.
Joseph is friendly, helpful and very attentive. He makes sure everyone feels comfortable in the WG. He comes from India and speaks Malayalam, English and a little German.
The most important thing is of course, with whom you spend your valuable time during the rental period.
It is important that you bring basic things like cleanliness, respect and a stable financial situation.
Age, gender and origin play no role.
Wohngemeinschaft:
Ich ziehe aus, da mein Austausch-Arbeitsvertrag endet – freue mich aber sehr, euch meine tollen Mitbewohner:innen vorzustellen (hoffentlich auch eure zukünftigen!).
Ihr werdet die Wohnung mit Dana und Joseph teilen. Dana ist fröhlich, großzügig und sehr ordentlich. Sie ist immer für euch da, wenn ihr sie braucht. Sie kommt aus Venezuela und spricht Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Joseph ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Er sorgt dafür, dass sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen. Er kommt aus Indien und spricht Malayalam, Englisch und ein wenig Deutsch.
Das Wichtigste ist natürlich, mit wem man seine wertvolle Zeit während der Mietdauer verbringt.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr grundlegende Dinge wie Sauberkeit, Respekt und eine stabile finanzielle Situation mitbringt.
Alter, Geschlecht und Herkunft spielen keine Rolle.
