Wir suchen ab dem 18.03.2024 eine Person zur Zwischenmiete. Ab April zieht eine Person aus, sodass der Zeitraum recht flexibel ist. Je nachdem was für einen Zeitraum du brauchst, finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung! :) Du würdest mit 3 weiteren Personen zusammenwohnen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß und kostet mit allen Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet etc.) 334€ für einen Monat. Es ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Sofern die Sonne scheint, könntest du sie also von Mittags bis Abends im Zimmer genießen. Im Zimmer sind auch einige Pflanzen, die sich sehr freuen würden, wenn du dich um sie kümmerst. Aber darüber können wir natürlich auch nochmal quatschen. Ansonsten haben wir eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon, in dem wir viel Platz zum Kochen und abhängen haben. Das Bad ist auch schön geräumig und hat eine Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne.

We are looking for a person who would like to move in with us as an interim tenant by 22nd March. In april one person will move out, so the time period is quite flexibel So depending on what kind of period you need, we will definitely find a solution! :)
The room is about 15m² and costs 334€ with all utilities (electricity, internet etc.) für a month. It is oriented to the south side. So, provided the sun is shining, you could enjoy it in the room from noon to sunset. There are also some plants in the room, which would be very happy if you take care of them. But of course we can talk about that again. Otherwise, we have a large eat-in kitchen with a balcony, where we have plenty of space to cook and hang out. The bathroom is also nice and spacious and has a shower as well as a bathtub.

Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich WGs und eigentlich kennen sich alle. Wir haben mit 2 anderen WGs Schlüssel ausgetauscht, im Hinterhof gibt es einen Badezuber (richtig toll, wenn es kalt ist) und im Keller haben wir eine kleine Werkstatt.
In der Nähe befindet sich das Rabet und der Elsapark, der etwa in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist.
Die Busse 73 und 74 sind etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Ansonsten ist die Dresdner Straße Höhe Kaufland etwa 5-10 Minuten von uns entfernt, in dem die 7 und 4 und einige Busse fahren.

In the house there are mainly WGs and actually all know each other. We have exchanged keys with 2 other shared flats, in the backyard there is a hot tub (really great when it's cold) and in the basement we have a small workshop.
Nearby is the Rabet and Elsapark, which is about a 10 minute walk away.
Buses 73 and 74 are about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Otherwise, Dresdner Straße height Kaufland is about 5-10 minutes away from us, where there is the tram 7 and 4 and some buses.
