Dein Zimmer ist auf der sonnigen Seite und daher lichtdurchflutet. Die Möbel können wir nach Belieben abändern, aber bisher steht hier ein neues ausziehbares Sofa, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Bürotisch.
Es ist etwas kleiner als das zweite WG-Zimmer, in welches ich wohne, weshalb ich deine Mietkosten entsprechend günstiger kalkuliert habe - fairness über alles!

Die Lage ist in meinen Augen perfekt: am Ende des Straße findest du direkt einen wunderschönen Wald (Allacher Lohe) und ein Stückchen weiter bereits einen kleinen Badesee (traumhaft blau!). Wir können gerne zusammen dort hin joggen einmal pro Woche :).
Außerdem sind in 2 min Fußweg Bäckereien, Edeka, Norma und Restaurants erreichbar.
Busse und S-Bahn befinden sich in der Nähe, von 2 bis max. 12 min Fußweg (je nachdem wohin man möchte).
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man tiefen entspannt ins Zentrum fahren (bis Nymphenburg 15 min, Hirschgarten 20 min und Hauptbahnhof 35 min). Die Strecke ist so angenehm, da man sehr eben fährt und so gut wie keine Ampeln hat. Man kann einfach mit Vollgas durchradeln - und macht dabei noch Sport! :D

Ich bin sportlich, fahre gerne Fahrrad, jogge in meinem Lieblingswald ums Eck und ernähre mich ziemlich gesund. Ich esse zu Hause recht wenig Fleisch, aber habe kein Problem damit, wenn meine Mitbewohnerin keine Vegetarierin ist.
