- The apartment is very well connected: In 10 minutes the 3 buses (172, 710 + 174) are connected to the U2 or S1 Feldmochinger Train Station or at the U3 or S1 Train Station Moosach. From there you need about 15-20 minutes to the city centre.
- On site there is a grocery store for daily needs.
- The settlement is located in the middle of the green, so it is very quiet and cozy in and around the house.
- Nearby there are 4 lakes and the Allach forest as recreation areas.
Lage:
- Die Wohnung ist super gut angebunden: In 10 Minuten ist man mit den 3 Bussen (172, 710 + 174) bei der U2 bzw. S1 Feldmochinger Bahnhof oder bei der U3 bzw. S1 Bahnhof Moosach. Von dort aus benötigt man ca. 15-20 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt.
- Vor Ort gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen für den täglichen Bedarf.
- Die Siedlung liegt Mitten im Grünen, somit ist es sehr ruhig und gemütlich im und um Haus herum.
- In der Nähe gibt es 4 Seen und das Allacher Forst als Erholungsgebiete.

As WG, each renter or Renter own rental contract - for 550,00 Euro incl. NK or 1100,00 Euro deposit per person and room.
Long term rental ratio is desired, but there are always exceptions.

Längerfristiges Mietverhältnis erwünscht, aber Ausnahmen gibt es immer wieder.
Wir bemühen uns die Wünsche der Mieter zu berücksichtigen.
Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hausordnung ist für uns sehr wichtig.
