From the outside it may not be the most beautiful building in Munich, but inside the Olympic shopping center (advertising) has something to offer. The 140 shops are located here – from the big fashion chain to the small curiosity shop. Especially in bad weather, the OEZ, as locals call the building, is a hot tip for all shopping friends. By the way, the Olympic shopping centre has its name from the adjacent press city, which was built in 1972 on the occasion of the Olympic Games together with the shopping center. At its opening, OEZ was the largest shopping mall in Europe.
To the underground stations OEZ (U1) and Olympia Shopping Center (U1/U3) are 5 and 7 minutes walk and from there you will come in all directions. The city centre is about 10 minutes by train.
A supermarket is about 2 minutes away; the Olympia shopping center, where you can find everything the heart desires, is about 10 minutes walk away.
There are different green areas nearby and the Olympic Park is not far away.The usual price in the area for renting a room is 600 euros. But I made a discount for the Corone! The room also has a balcony!

Von außen betrachtet ist es womöglich nicht das schönste Bauwerk Münchens, doch innen hat das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (Anzeige) einiges zu bieten. An die 140 Geschäfte befinden sich hier – von der großen Modekette bis zum kleinen Kuriositätenladen. Vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter ist das OEZ, wie Einheimische das Gebäude nennen, ein heißer Tipp für alle Shoppingfreunde. Seinen Namen hat das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum übrigens von der angrenzenden Pressestadt, die 1972 anlässlich der Olympischen Spiele gemeinsam mit dem Einkaufszentrum errichtet wurde. Bei seiner Eröffnung war das OEZ das größte Einkaufszentrum Europas.
Zu den UBahn Haltestellen OEZ (U1) bzw. Olympia Einkaufzentrum (U1/ U3) sind es 5 bzw. 7 Minuten zu Fuß und von dort kommst du in alle Richtungen. In die Innenstadt fährt man dann ca. 10 Minuten mit der U bahn.
Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt; das Olympia Einkaufzentrum, wo du alles findest, was das Herz begehrt, ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Nähe finden sich verschiedenen Grünflächen und auch der Olympiapark ist nicht weit entfernt.Der übliche Preis in der Gegend für die Anmietung eines Zimmers beträgt 600 Euro. Aber wegen der Corone habe ich einen Rabatt gemacht! Außerdem hat das Zimmer einen Balkon!

Gut zu erreichen von Moosach ist die Olympia Schwimmhalle. Die einstige Wettkampf-Stätte der Olympischen Spiele ist heute für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Nicht nur wegen des Namens erfreut sie sich bei Sportlern großer Beliebtheit, denn hier gibt es angeblich das „schnellste Wasser der Welt“. Wer es hingegen gemütlicher angehen will, hat in der Saunalandschaft und im Whirlpool die perfekte Gelegenheit dazu. Auch zahlreiche Wettbewerbe und Wassersportevents finden in der Halle statt.An Moosach grenzen zudem der Olympiapark , der Nymphenburger Schlosspark oder der Allacher Forst. Für die Naherholung der Moosacher ist also bestens gesorgt.
