In der WG wohnen drei Personen. Ich heiße Sabjan (27) und ziehe bald aus. Während meines Studiums habe ich in der WG gelebt. Da ich jetzt in Vollzeit arbeite, habe ich entschieden, eine eigene Wohnung zu mieten.

Manh (23) kommt ursprünglich aus Vietnam und wird auch Ende Mai ausziehen, weil er eine andere WOhnung gefunden hat.

Pascal (28) arbeitet als Verkäufer in einem Unternehmen und mag es online zu spielen.

Pascal sucht daher einen neuen Mitbewohner, der hier vier Wochen höchstens verbringen würde. In der Wohnung wird viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt. Wir haben einen Putzplan und jeder von uns putzt die ganze Wohnung jede drei/zwei Wochen.

There are three people living in the shared flat. My name is Sabjan (27) and I'm moving out soon. I lived in the shared flat during my studies. Now that I'm working full-time, I've decided to rent my own apartment.

Manh (23) is originally from Vietnam and recently finished his studies in Karlsruhe and moved to Munich in March because he found a job here.

Pascal (28) works as a salesman in a company and likes to play games online.

Pascal and Manh are looking for a new flatmate who fits in well with them, is quite and doenst couse trouble. Of course, every flatmate is free to go to their room if they need some peace and quiet. We also attach great importance to tidiness and cleanliness. We have a cleaning schedule and each of us cleans the whole apartment every three weeks.
