Very cozy room in a spacious 4er WG in the heart of Munich. Since the room itself is comparably small, a major part of our living room serves as your additional personal space. In the last years, previous inhabitants usually had their desk, etc. in the living room. We have the clear policy that the living room is yours in case you need to focus or time for yourself.

Outstanding location within Munich, right in between Isar (massive morning runs!), Friedensengel (massive outdoor raves in summer) and Eisbachwelle (for the surfers among us). Munich's hottest nightlife areas such as Gärtnerplatz and Maxvorstadt within 15 minutes reach, Marienplatz in 10 minutes, and even Hauptbahnhof in less than 20 minutes (door-to-train). Supermarkets and various nice restaurants/ cafe's within walking distance. At this point, we even have our own Späti! (which we're frequently visiting for a round of Backgammon & Cay).

Simon: Originally from Berlin, studied computer science and now works on his own startup. He loves hiking and foot massages.
Moritz: Also from Berlin, also studied computer science and now also works in a startup. He's probably the most exquisite cook you've ever lived with.
Carl: Frankfurter Jung, studied Chemical Engineering, and works in Venture Capital. He loves sports, nature, traveling with friends,... - and living with Simon & Moritz.
